Caroline King came up with the idea of Glowkids, a graphic designer who regularly took her two boys to this adventure play park. As usual, they'd run off before she even had chance to check them in and was forever trying to spot them. She knew from this experience how important it is to keep your kids in sight, but also just how tricky it can be to make them wear stuff they think is uncool. So using her design skills and mother's instinct, she came up with a range of funky, iconic designs and had them printed in high visibility inks onto short sleeved tops.​Unsurprisingly, given their WOW! factor, they were a huge hit with Caroline's sons and their friends. There was so much demand for them that she went into production setting up this website so parents can buy them online and so, GLOWkids was born.
