Konfidence celebrates its 20th anniversary year by adding a host of new under-the-sea inspired designs to its multi-award winning baby and children’s swimwear collection.

New 2018 Babywarma Designs

The first of the five new cleverly hand drawn designs, which include the characters Mia the Mermaid, Fergal the Shark, Joni the Whale not forgetting Mishell and Crabby, all being added to Konfidence’s best-selling Babywarma neoprene swimsuit range.

The Konfidence Babywarma is a firm favourite with parents because the flexible 2mm-thick soft neoprene enables babies aged 0-24 months to regulate their temperature in the swimming pool for much longer than would be possible without it – making sure a baby is warm and comfortable in the water is crucial in order to develop confidence early and avoid any problems of fear or concern for swimming. 

For parents, the high-grade neoprene also provides a higher grip surface (as compared to slippery bare skin) when carrying baby around the poolside and holding their child in the water. For holiday-time, the swimsuit offers 100% UV protective on covered areas too. 

Design-wise, every feature on the Babywarma has been meticulously considered to ensure a snug, “huggable” fit, for maximum safety, comfort and performance. The hidden flap design, for example features generously sized ‘snag-resist’ Velcro fasteners, which make the swim suit more aesthetically pleasing and comfortable for baby as his/her shape naturally changes when they start crawling and walking. New Konfidence Floatsuit Designs

Seabiskit the Seahorse and Mia the Mermaid join all the under-the-sea inspired characters on the New Konfidence Floatsuits too, together with a new pink polka design that features a pretty bow and cute frilly skirt.  The three new designs add to the existing swimsuit range, which includes t-shirt style Floatsuits in clownfish and surf-style Hibiscus patterns.

The principle behind the Floatsuit is to help children aged from 12 months+ learn to swim safely and with confidence.
