Looks good, good packaging, quality
and great information on the reverse. Packaging was cute, had detailed
information inside and on the reverse. However the internal plastic packaging
snapped as I tried to remove the cd. I love the concept, I was really looking
forward to trying this with my children, and it was a whole new experience for
us. My 8 year old struggled even with the laying down on the floor part while
calmly listening to the CD, whereas my 2 year old loved laying on the floor and
pretending to blow colours out of his mouth. It helped my younger child relax
and just take five minutes to "slow down and chill” for a little bit. I had
looked into a few options for my older child, as he has a hard time being calm
and sitting still, meditation was one of the options for him, but I never
actually started anything. I loved the fact that my 2 yr. old was listening and
responding to the calming music, and as much as he doesn’t have the language
yet, he showed a lot of understanding of the directions. The quality is really
good, had no issues playing the CD on the computer or on the CD player. This is
good value as I would have expected to pay a little bit more for this. I would purchase something like this for my 2
year old as he responded well and enjoyed when we’d lay on the floor and listen
to the cd, not so much for my 8 year old, he really struggled to follow any of
this, and if anything made him more hyper afterwards. I would recommend for all
ages of kids, my oldest couldn’t cope with it, but that’s not an unusual issue
for him. Good quality, good packaging,
cute design, lovely relaxing music, fun concept, great idea. My 2 year old
loved his "relax” time each day, I would put the cd on when he was becoming bored/angry/excitable,
which was as different times of the day, he responded well to the instructions,
he enjoyed sometimes just lying on the floor and listening to it while being
still. I babysat a friends two children one afternoon, who are 4 and 6, they
also responded really well to the cd, afterwards they were able to sit and
listen to a story then draw pictures, awesome for these very active children.
My 8 year old didn’t cope well with the
stillness, we tried a few different ideas on how to have him interact, but 99%
of the time it wasn’t successful with him, but that’s him. I’ll definitely
continue using this CD it was a really great time to bond with my little man,

I liked the
design and the look of this product.
Never tried anything like this before so was eager to see if
worked. Good information supplied on
packaging. I had never thought of
meditation for children a whole new experience for us. So we both got settled relaxed lying down in
the living room and listened to the CD. It was a really nice experience and it
did take Milly a few attempts before she really relaxed and listened and
interacted with the CD but certainly calmed her down. It seems to have helped her
become more confident and also take time out to relax as she is normally
running around and a bit hyperactive.
The music and the concepts within this CD are great ideas to build
confidence and control and we will continue to use this as she grows
older. Good life lessons for her future.
I liked the fact it held my daughters attention and helped her to relax for
once. Good quality. Well thought out and put together and for
what it delivers good value as it will last for ages. Helped me too relax too. I would buy this as my sisters younger son
would benefit. Would recommend and have
also recommended to our local nursery. Meditation for children is a new one for
us, but after using this CD and seeing some changes and calming results we will

Looked well
presented, nice packaging and informative packaging which outlines what this
offers. I have 2 little live wires so
was keen to give this a try. Meditation,
would they take to it and would it work? I liked the idea as if they could just chill
out every so often would be great. So
yes concept appealed to me. We did have a few teething problems and first few
attempts at putting this on and getting them to just relax and interact with
the CD just did not happen. But I
persisted. Finally they did actually lay
back and relaxed and listened. I would
keep putting this on and soon enough they were relaxing for a lot longer than
normal and seemed to calm them. I had
never considered meditation before receiving this as just something that never
entered my mind. This CD includes a wide
variety of different meditations and the boys did eventually listen, react and
imagine. I did find this helped most when they both had a bit of an anger
tantrum as it did help them to control the emotion and calm down. This does offer a lot as helps them
understand emotions, feelings and also builds confidence. Not a great success at first but I feel this
is applicable for many years to come. So
we now have a regular weekly session and in time I am sure I will see even more
improvements in how they handle people, emotions and anger. I would recommend this as I feel it can offer
so much too all the family. Quality
good, helps children imagine, relax and stay calmer. Good value.
It helped us and I feel it has a lot more to offer my boys for the
