Baby2Sleep is ran by Nicole, a mum to a beautiful 3 year old called Sofia. Nicole started studying sleep after her very difficult beginning with Sofia, and now changes the lives of families around the world by re-introducing sleep back into families lives. Nicole has studied both gentle sleep training, and most importantly, and in-depth study of Holistic Sleep Coaching to make sure that all parents really understand sleep, and look at the whole picture of daytime and night time to help implement changes.

To understand sleep is half the battle when helping your baby sleep well which is why this online course has been created.

Nicole knows that not every family needs the in-depth 121 support and coaching, yet still need some degree of help, and that the right knowledge and guidance can make huge differences in peoples lives when it comes to supporting a baby to sleep well.

This is the reason this course has been designed. If you need help with naps, it’s covered, night weaning, it’s here, gentle sleep training and options, they are covered, sleep associations and helping to break them, included, along with so much more useful information.

This is the first online course aimed specifically at parents with this in-depth knowledge that can help improve your families sleep. You can make changes as and when you feel ready, as you always have access to the information.

Baby2Sleep Build Your Own Sleep Plan Reviews

This product is a nice concept and in line with many other post pregnancy offerings, such as online personal training and feeding etc.  We had the video version rather than the bespoke offering 9 – 12 months. The information provided was clear to understand and apply to our lifestyle. The topic the science behind sleep was excellent. This provided excellent grounding for the whole system and was easy to digest. A good combination of science and relatable exemplification.  The Topic Breaking sleep, bedtime routine and night weaning was again excellent resource, but slightly harder for this to apply to our specific needs.  The Overview Sleep Strategies, Passive Sleep, Gradual Retreat and hug it out crying in arms Topics was another excellent resource with some sensible not extreme measures. Some of the strategies we already used and others didn’t fit with our specific lifestyle. The videos were excellent, short enough to dip in and out of a watch more than once or refer back to as needed. We tried this over a three week period. We didn’t really notice a huge improvement to be honest, he was already a reasonable sleeper, but he definitely is sleeping better in the second half of the night and not waking up as much.  We do feel confident in adapting to our baby’s sleep needs going forward. I think it is a little expensive, but if it works for an individual then I dare say they will say it is the best £99 that they have ever spent.  I liked the accessibility and the non-preachy way that it is delivered the most. I wouldn’t consider buying this as I think we are almost out of the woods! However if I was a first time parent, then perhaps it would be a consideration. I would recommend this product depending on situation, but I do like the concept and quality of the product. All areas are excellent, just an expensive investment. Dan Hughes – Noah 11 Months

I think the concept of this is a good idea but quite generic every baby is different. I used this on the 6 month programme. It was fairly easy create your own personal sleep plan. I think the topic The science behind sleep was very good. The topic Sleep Cycles, signs of tiredness and Overtiredness was excellent and really opened my eyes. The topic Age appropriate Naps and how to support the nap transitions was ok but easier said than done.  The Topic Breaking sleep, bedtime routine and night weaning was excellent. There is a lot of good information however not effective so much with my baby as he struggles to self-settle and is very comforted by me. I don’t like letting my baby cry even being held I would prefer to tend to his needs personally. The videos were good for talking through information but bullet points would also be handy as there’s so much to take in.  I implemented my own sleep programme a few weeks after receiving this product. About 2 weeks after his bed time became earlier. I do feel confident in adapting to my baby’s sleep needs going forward. I am not sure about value for money; personally feel it’s a lot of money for scientific information but it did give me a lot of info that I didn’t know previously.  I feel doing private research into the topics and making your own judgements would be a cheaper more beneficial route.  I don’t want this review to come across negatively for my own experience and child it was not the plan for us however for someone else I really do feel it could work our great my child is very close to me and naps with me a lot of the time so I feel we didn’t get the greatest benefit as opposed to someone with a more independent baby would. I think this concept of this product is a good one and could help bring structure to your life. I used the 12-24mth sleep plan. Creating your own personal sleep plan from the sessions provided online was okay, but maybe there could be a clear example that you could use to start you off; for example giving you the average bed time etc. The topic The Science Behind Sleep was good to help you further understand the process of sleep. The topic Sleep Cycles, signs of tiredness and Overtiredness was helpful too. This helped me recognise early signs of tiredness. The topic Age appropriate Naps and how to support the nap transitions was okay but as I did not have any trouble with naps I did not really focus on the suggestions given. And just let my son nap as he wished. The videos supplied were informative and fairly useful in terms of guiding the choices for the sleep plan.  It took me approximately 2 weeks to implement my own Sleep Programme. The improvements were intermittent due to my son catching a cold so any progress we made by week 3 deteriorated as he caught a cold and reverted to waking during the night for comfort as he was blocked up. I liked the information which increased my knowledge on sleep and how over tiredness affects him however I am not sure it is cost effective. I think that it is overpriced for just videos and it may work better at this price if it included a one on one interactive element catering just to your own child’s behaviour and needs.  I would recommend it to others but for use at a younger age. As then it will be easier to make it habitual behaviour.  I think the product is useful but I am not sure the videos and knowledge given, accounts for the price tag it is given. However I do think that my opinion is swayed by the fact that my son did not have many issues with sleeping through the night, the main issue was attaining a consistent time for sleeping and working out what hour this should be according to his signs of tiredness.
