I did not really know much about the game until my nephew purchased the game board and set of these for Christmas. The website is great, I was very impressed and my son wants every single item on there. I thought the packaging was great, my son found it quite easy to open and there was not a lot of wastage. We are both very pleased with the set; he has played with his cousins and has been pestering me to buy the game board etc. They are also reasonably priced and my son does enjoy playing battle games with his cousin. I don’t have any concerns with my son playing with this toy at all. I think he is at the correct age to play/understand how they work. My son is very happy with this product as he does enjoy rougher game playing; these are solid items and can handle being thrown around. I don’t think it helps him with his hand/eye co-ordination but probably does with his development. I often hear my son and nephew discussing what and how they are going to play with these. I think is toy is great and my son tends to carry them around in his pocket as they are very compact. He will often play with it through out the day. It is a versatile toy and does not have to be used for the game board purposes. He would rather just play with them amongst his other toys. I think the quality of this toy is very good as my son is quite rough when playing with his toys. He likes to bash toys together a lot, but this one has stayed intact. I think the value of these toys is outstanding. They are very reasonably priced and they will last a good long while. I would recommend these toys to my family and friends as they it is an outstanding product. I am very pleased with this product and my son can now build his collection up and he will be playing with this for a good few years to come. I thought the toy looked like lots of fun. Good packaging with lots of info, our 7yr spent quite a while reading them. The items were a good selection and starting point and provided very good entertainment. I had no concerns with letting my children play with the toy, we are having hours of fun and Leo (7) wants to play it at every opportunity. The toy helps with counting and sharing development. We have simplified the game a little to make it easier for all the children to play without losing interest. I think the quality is excellent and I consider it good value for money too.  A great toy that has really grabbed our 7yr old s imagination, will definitely be buying more! My first impression was that it looked like something else that will cost me a lot of money for the boys when they might possibly get bored, it is a lot of money to spend to build up a collection when they may possibly get bored of it. I thought that the items we received as a set were good but I did not think the entertainment value of the toy was very good if nobody else has the Bakugan’s too. I had initial concerns about the toy because I have younger children but I feel that for Naithan the toy was appropriately aged. The toy did not keep my Childs attention because he could not play them without anybody else as they didn’t have the toy. My child likes to throw the toys across the front room as another form of play. The quality is good because they have stood up to being thrown about.
