Nicely presented. Good ingredients and product. Came nicely packaged/ sufficient for the product. Due to the product being a cleanser instructions are not required. Very easy to apply. Very smooth/ almost like a jelly/vaseline texture. This did cleanse my skin well. This is great for easily removing makeup and left my face feeling fresh. After using my skin certainly felt refreshed. I often find cleansers leave my face feeling dry however this one left my skin smooth and soft. I have previously suffered with eczema however had no issues using this. I found make up easily washed/ wiped away using this. I used this every day. After about a week to 10 days I did notice an improvement in my skin condition. It is not my favourite fragrance, this was the only thing I wasn’t overly keen on. This can be used sparingly and is still effective so can see this could last about 3 months. I would try this in Geranium as I was not to keen on the lemon aroma of this one. I really liked how smooth my skin felt. Slightly more expensive than I would usually spend, but an effective product. Really good quality. I would recommend this product as I had not flair ups and my skin was left feeling soft. I am not usually drawn to Organic or natural products. A lovely and effective cleanser which I will continue to use. Leaves skin clean and free of makeup without drying skin in the process. Charlotte Evans

Small pot, not a lot of product information. Product had a strong lemon smell, which was nice. I have never heard of a detoxifying cleanser before so the concept was a new one to me. I believe there should be more information on the packaging. Product was very thick took a lot of buffering to remove. Wasn’t sure I was doing it right so had to go online and check! I felt that it did cleanse the skin well and left skin feeling clean. I didn’t notice any visible difference to my skin tone after using this. This did not make my skin feel any softer or smoother after use comparing it to the other similar products I use. I have combination skin on the oiler side, it seemed to work well on my skin type. I used this daily or 2 weeks. I did not notice any improvement in my skin condition while using this. The smell of the product was very clean and fresh and was a good fit with the brand. I think the product would definitely last 3 months when used correctly. I know this is available in Geranium scent but I would need to smell it first to see if I liked it. I was happy with the lemon scent I had. I liked that it cleaned my skin well and smelt nice. For me personally I wouldn’t pay £16 for the product as I didn’t notice any difference in my skin. People with skin conditions may feel it is worth the money if it were to help their conditions. The product was good quality using natural ingredients. I do not think I would recommend this as it did not make any difference to my skin condition. If someone had a specific skin condition I may recommend to them. I very much like the idea of an organic product and being certified gives that extra reassurance that it is a quality product. I think it’s expensive for what it is and I have used cheaper products that work just as well. I liked the smell and the ingredients and the fact it was organic, but it just didn’t wow me enough for a higher score. Product definitely needs clear instructions on the pot, it is quite thick and needs a lot of buffering for removal, which isn’t a problem. Smells good and natural. Does clean the face well. I wasn’t ‘blown away’ by the product when I first received, the packaging didn’t wow me when I took it out of the packaging. The smell was pleasant. I understand the message and concept of the product – straight forward. I was quite disappointed by the packaging – whilst white is a common colour used for this kind of product but I found the branding very small and lost on the product. The font was small, especially the instructions. Reading glasses on! Font so small on the back! Very simple and straight forward instructions. This was very easy to apply although it did feel a little greasy. My skin did eel cleansed although a little greasy at the start. My skin did start to adapt to it after 3-4 days. I would not say I noticed any improvement in my skin tone while using this. My skin did feel smooth, didn’t really notice anymore hydrated. My skin can be dry at times and once my skin adapted to it, it did feel smooth after use. This did help remove eye makeup and was effective, although using this kind of product is not my preferred product. I used it for two weeks in the evening. Nothing overly noticeable – my skin did feel smooth after use but no more than usual. Quite citrusy – wasn’t too bad, although some days smell wasn’t always that appealing! I can see how this pot would last for 3 months of use. I probably would not consider purchasing the Geranium scented cleanser. I wasn’t completely taken with this product. Nice to try but not sure I would use or purchase otherwise. It did make my skin feel smooth, once used for a couple of days. First impressions did not give me a higher value for money to warrant this price tag. The product was ok – but the packaging was a real let down which affected my view on quality. I would not recommend due to high price tag. Products being Organic and natural are not on my list of priorities. It was a pleasant product to use, saw the results after a couple of days use but sadly not completely taken by the product which would see me go and purchase it again. Yudi Lowe
