The plate looked visually appealing and thick enough to be sturdy. I found the dividers helpful for separating foods that had a sauce to them. In contrast to this I found there was perhaps one too many divides, I found myself wondering what to put into them. Instructions were plain and simple. My child had no problems using this plate, he was able to scoop the items out with ease. I like the concept that the food can be separated according to food groups or saucy foods separate to dry. I do wonder if this may encourage fussy eating in the long run. I found the divider sides helpful and with the areas within them being small enough to scoop food without it running around the plate this helped him eat well. I found no issues with the suction base. I do not own a dishwasher so handwashing was my method of cleaning, I found this to be slightly awkward when trying to get in the sides and edges if messy food had been given. I used this plate every meal time. Foods put in plate was a mixture of pasta bakes, mash, fruits and vegetables. Used at home only. I liked the visual of this plate, you could tell there was good quality materials used. I feel the age suitability 6 months – 36 months was ideal for my son as he is 15 months. The visual and feel of this plate was very good. This is good value. I believe there would be many uses that would come from this plate, there is no wear and tear as of yet. I would purchase this, the suction base means the little one can’t knock it off, it helps with the plate not moving away while they are trying to get the food. Again the visual and quality of it is good. I would recommend, for its quality and ease of use. Before I received this plate I was looking for one that had a suction base. I was keen to try this out and when I did I was not disappointed. The strength of the material offers a quality feel that so far has not damaged. It can be washed without colour fade, the sides aid a child in scooping the food up and the dividers allow you to put a mixture of foods without them blending together and becoming off putting for the child. Great quality, good plate. Easy to use, liked how they are different sections on the plate and the suction is good so the plate doesn’t move. Read a small part of the instruction but not all of it as have similar plates already. With my child been 2 he is a good eater and is able to feed himself really well, the width of the edging of the plate is not quite big enough, so when he scoops the food it sometimes falls off the edge of the plate. I liked the different sections as I can separate the foods well. Not quite helping with scooping and scraping actions to help master cutlery control. I feel the edging wasn’t big enough and food is falling off a lot. He is already in control and independent with feeding so may need to reduce the ageing. The suction on the base of the place is very good. This was really easy to clean and take care of. We used this plate most days, alternate with other plates. Mainly used for lunch and dinner. Used at home. I personally liked the suction and different sections. I believe the age may need to drop however it all depends on the individual child as some children may not have as good control with the cutlery. Great quality and cleans well. Good price for how well the quality is and suction is. I would not buy this only because of the edging. I would recommend for my friends with younger children and who are just introducing foods. Overall a good quality plate for parents that have just introduced foods. Good quality, good sections for preparing foods, child enjoyed using the plate. This looked nice, well made, loved the colour and the divider sections. The sections on the plate were ideal to separate foods for Janet at mealtimes. Instructions clear and easy to follow. Janet had no issues using the plate with help from mum and dad. She was able to use her spoon easily and scoop food she wanted to eat from the plate. The divider section for me meant that she could not mix her food together and was nicer for her to eat pasta, fish, fruit from each section. This helped with her being able to enjoy the taste of each food placed in the divider sections. The plate did help my daughter enjoy trying to scoop and feed herself with softer foods and I am sure it will continue to help her with self-feeding and cutlery control as she grows and develops. The suction on this plate worked very well on our main large highchair. However, it did not fit our smaller portable highchair so could not use it on this highchair. Easy to keep clean just popped in the dishwasher. We used this daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We would put in meat, vegetables, pasta, fish, fruit, yogurt, cereals etc. So versatile you can use for a variety of foods each day. Mostly used at home on our main big highchair. I liked the quality and the divider sections. The age suitability 6months – 36 months I feel is spot on as was easy for Janet to use and as she grows and develops with be used for a good few years yet. Very good quality and durable. I have already purchased another one as always good to have a backup. I would recommend as great to be able to serve a selection of different foods placed in the divider sections. Gives them a chance to test new foods individually to see if they like the taste. I would recommend as worked well for us, but I would advise them to check size of the plate to ensure fits their highchair as this is where it would be used most. You would not want to get this plate and find it did not fit your highchair. A good quality plate, easy to use, great suction base so stays put on the highchair and my daughter enjoyed using this plate. Stacey Miles – Janet 12 Months
