Really
good, unique idea. Lovely bright colours and eye catching pattern. Clear, easy
to follow instructions on the packaging. I liked the packaging of the product.
Although it was just a basic polythene bag with attached instructions I felt it
did the job well and allows you to see the product and its lovely patterns and
bright colours. 3 simple step by step
instructions with illustrations, I found them really easy to follow and
successfully assembled the product quickly by following them. Really well made
and lovely different fabrics used. Seems quite durable but after a few washes I
feel that the felt fabric may start to show signs of wear. I feel that the
simple "Bubaloon” branding at the top of the product is enough and clearly
shows it is a Bubabloon product, I think if it was any larger it would be too
overpowering, unless it could be incorporated into the design somehow. I feel
initially it may seem a little expensive for what essentially is just a cover
for a balloon. However, it is really practical and can be easily washed and the
balloons inexpensively replaced so over time you are getting real value for
money. I would purchase this. I think my 2 older children (age 3&5) would
love one each to take on holiday with them this year! I would recommend it to
anyone with younger children who worry about the safety aspect of letting them
play with standard balloons, or if they just want a really fun product that can
be played with by the whole family. Emilia absolutely loved this product and
feeling all the different textures of fabrics on it. My 2 older children also
loved playing catch with it and kicking it to each other. I loved how quick and
easy it was to set up and ready to play with, however if you required more than
one it could get quite expensive. As soon as Emilia saw the Bubabloon, she was
instantly drawn to it because of the lovely bright colours and eye catching
patterns. She sat really nicely for a long period of time feeling all the different
textures on the product, she also liked it if I put it on her legs so she could
kick it off and she loved putting it on her face and laughed as it rolled off.
My 5 & 3 year old also loved the product and were quite happy playing catch
with it inside, I was happy for them to do this as it is only lightweight with
it just being a balloon inside. This shows to me that it is suitable for a
large age range of children. The
Bubabloon makes playing with balloons really safe for younger children
especially. There is no worrying about the balloon popping and the child
putting the deflated balloon in their mouth as when it pops; it is safely
encased inside the Bubabloon cover. I
love that the Bubabloon can be safely used indoors as it is nice and
lightweight, but it can also be used outdoors as well and easily machine washed
if it gets dirty. It is also really easy to transport so would be brilliant for
a trip to the park or to pack in a suitcase, all you need is a few spare
balloons and the Bubaloon cover and you are good to go. If I could improve
anything about the Bubabloon I would maybe add some more features to the fabric
of the cover such as ribbons and tags, crinkly material, lift up flaps and
mirrors to provide even more of a sensory experience for babies. I would also
love a waterproof cover so that the Bubabloon could possibly be used in water or
outdoors in all weathers without worrying about damaging the material. Laura

The
‘Toadstool Pink’ has good vibrant colours and has a nice modern design, one of the
better ones of the set available. It is a nice simple idea. Packaging adequate for the product. Simple instructions with a nice sequence of
gif animations on the website. Nice quality material. The product labelling is
fine. At £10 it needs to be a few pounds cheaper, though the balloons are of
good quality and stay up for a long time so they justify a £1 cost. If at least
30% cheaper – yes I would purchase for this design. Some of the other designs
could be nicer / more fun –perhaps provide less choice but make them better, on
a par with this one. I would recommend but highlight the price. My nine-month old baby enjoyed playing with
this product, the ‘Toadstool Pink’ design and colour is excellent, though
others that are available could be better. The product cost needs to be less
for what it is. However, the balloons provided stay up well and justify the
extra £1 cost. Ali Wren – Charley 9 Months

I
initially thought the product would be fun and interesting for my baby. Simple,
but no unnecessary packaging. Instructions easy to follow. Good quality material which is bright and
colourful. It makes a balloon safe for
babies as we could not pop it even by putting a lot of weight on it! The
Bubabloon branding is fine. The balloon essentially becomes a ball, like an
inflatable football. We recently bought
one of these for £1.50, so I do not feel it offers value for money at all. Although
the material used is nice and makes the product look attractive, the point of
playing with a balloon is that it floats up in the air and can be batted around
in the air. Having the cover around a
balloon means this no longer happens as it is too heavy and it just becomes a
ball that is played with on the ground instead. Emma Van Bussel – Holly 8
