I thought that the book and the seeds were great, grace loved the fact that she could plant seeds and thought the book looked interesting. The quality of the book is great and I would say that it is child friendly. Grace loved this book; the pictures were very good too. She can’t read yet and managed to grasp the story just from the pictures. We both enjoyed reading the book very much and it is being used a lot! I would pay £5 for the book, I think it is well worth the money. A very well set out book that keeps the child involved at all times! Debbie Wood – Grace-Poppy 4 Years

A lovely little story book which included a pack of seeds too! It’s very good quality and is totally made from recycled paper. Courtney read this book to Cameron as she enjoyed reading it too. Both Courtney and Cameron liked the story and the pictures. When reading, we always point out what’s going on with the pictures and match them up to what’s being read too to ensure that they understand and follow the story. Cameron is too young to read at the minute but made his own little story up from looking at the pictures. Courtney however did enjoy reading the book. They both enjoyed the story and especially liked the last picture in the book where they are all eating their muffins. They found it funny. I think the book is very stimulating because it makes food interesting to children. I think it’s a great book with funny pictures. Cameron loved that the veg all had faces! The price is ok as it’s a lovely little book and you get a pack of seeds for your child to grow. Cameron has been growing cress at Nursery so he knew exactly what to do. I think its great to see children getting involved and learning the whole process of growing your own with a fun story behind it all. Plus you get a nice little recipe to make afterwards. I have told friends about this product as I think its lovely idea. Kerry Baldwin – Cameron 4 Years

I thought the product looked like a great idea. After reading the book we all agree that it is a good story but it is visually dull and the colours are not very appealing to a young child. My child really enjoyed reading the story but she didn’t really look at the book whilst reading it. I personally wouldn’t buy this because it isn’t particularly visually stimulating, so I think it is expensive for the price. But overall, a lovely story, just a bit too expensive. A very well set out book that keeps the child involved at all times!
