It was well
packaged, colourful and attractive; the packaging had a lot of detail on it and
explained what the cleverstiX were designed for. Packaging was it detailed and
gave a good explanation of what the stix were designed to help. I liked that there were written instructions
and also pictures to show how to use the stix, my daughter loved to follow the
pictures when using them. They are fairly sturdy and well designed. I didn’t
notice a vast improvement in dexterity or co-ordination but both my children
loved using them and they had to concentrate when trying to pick food up. We
had more laughs as they tried to get to grips with using the cleverstiX at
mealtimes. They managed to eat the
majority of their normal foods with these.
Eating habits remained the same but they had more fun at mealtimes. I think the product is good value for money;
they enjoyed using them although they did not use them for every meal time. I think
my children would find them more of a fad than a necessity for meal times. I think they are a good design but not
something to use every time they eat. It is a fun product that we enjoyed
testing but not something my children would ask to use every mealtime. The
packaging is colourful and very informative, the cleverstiX are something we
will use occasional and maybe for my younger child as he learns and develops.
The design of them is clever and both my children found the technique easy to

I thought the
cleverstiX looked interesting they are well made and attractive for young
children. The packaging is simple but attractive. The instructions were clear and I managed to
understand how to use them. Well-made they washed easily the plastic grips are
well attached to the sticks. No
improvement in dexterity or co-ordination, however this is only because my
daughter is 7 and already had good dexterity. I do feel a younger child would
find these beneficial in developing their dexterity as they improve the pincer action.
Mealtimes were quieter as they do require a higher level of concentration, and
introduce a fun element to meal times. Did not try these out on foods Lucy
normally dislikes. I felt she enjoyed
meal times more and would get the cleverstiX out of the draw ready to use. It
is a quite expensive gimmick; however it is well made and is worth the money. Maybe,
if you have a child that is struggling with their dexterity this would
definitely be a fun way to try and encourage them and I would recommend on this
basis. The cleverstiX is a well-made
product that would be great for pre-school children who are struggling with
their dexterity. It’s a fun concept that not only makes mealtimes more fun but

I really
liked the packaging and the design, it appeared simple to use and fun!
Definitely something that would catch my eye in a store. Packaging bright,
appropriate, informative and eye-catching, the character design particularly
appealed to my daughter. The instructions were helpful in guiding my daughter’s
use of the product; we had no issues in following these. So far, the product
seems to be of very good quality. It is hard-wearing, which is important for an
item that is often in the hands of a clumsy toddler! The product also still
looks good after several washes. The more my daughter uses this, the more her
skills improve so I can really see the benefits of the product; In particular,
I think the product is a great tool for improving coordination. Meal times were
not quieter because we engaged in conversation about how much we both enjoyed
using the product; we don’t necessarily strive for ‘quiet’ mealtimes in our
household so this was really nice for us. The excitement of using a new method
made my daughter eat different foods which she might not normally try, simply
because they were ideal for use with the tool. There was less food on the plate
at the end of dinner time than I would normally expect. Although the product is
enjoyable to use, educational and of good quality, I would be more inclined to
purchase this if it were around £6.00. I will probably purchase some for
friends and family. I would recommend, especially to those who have children
who can be fussy or get bored at mealtimes. Overall, we really loved using the
product. It is easy to use and makes one of the hardest parts of our day a lot
