I
love it! It makes my hair feel much thicker and softer. It wouldn’t catch my
eye on the shelf but looks professional enough. It reminds me a bit like a
specialised brand like Clarins. Something you wouldn’t necessarily find in Asda
but at a health shop or at the hairdresser. Instructions very easy to
follow. The quality is very good and it
does what it promises. I personally
wouldn’t pay that much for it but I am sure it’s not an outrageous amount for
someone else to spend who really care about the health of their hair. I would purchase this is I saw it on
offer. I would recommend and have
already told several people about this. The
product is perfect; it would have been 5/5 if it hadn’t been for the price. I
have sensitive skin, so I am always very careful about using products that might
give me a rash or feel like my head is on fire. I can safely say that this
product has not given me any problems whatsoever. I usually wash my hair twice
with shampoo before applying conditioner but you only need to wash once as it
doesn’t require a lot to lather and wash your hair properly. You probably also
don’t need a conditioner either as it makes your hair feel wonderfully soft. Tania

Packaging
is really simple but I love it. Plain white bottle with red writing. Has a
handy press to open lid, beneficial when you have a toddler because it then doesn’t
end up down the sink. Directions on the bottle could not have been easier to
follow. If I am honest I didn’t see much
change to my hair over the course of using this product was expecting my hair
to feel a lot softer. Although I didn’t
see much change to my hair I think it is a good shampoo really thick and
lathers well just doesn’t agree with my hair type. This did not suit my hair but my mum has just
purchased this shampoo and she loves it.
I would recommend it because everyone’s hair type is different. Really
well made. Packing suits the product. Just not for me. When using the product at the
start I felt some benefits to it but using it continually didn’t work think it
would be better suited as a once a week type of shampoo. Stephanie

Nice
fresh smelling shampoo that doesn’t strip the hair and leaves it feeling soft
and tangle free. The cardboard box made
the product appear like it was premium quality – especially the choice of
colours on the box. I didn’t feel that
it was aimed at me however and in honesty, had I seen it in a shop I doubt if I
would have given it more than a cursory look. The instructions are
straightforward and very easy to follow. The product has a lovely fresh scent
and creamy consistency – it lathers well and is easy to rinse off. I think that it felt less like a detergent
than many other shampoos. I’m not sure that it realised all the claims: *regenerates
and visibly strengthens hair structure – I didn’t notice these changes and
neither did those people I asked after using the product. *regenerates damaged
ends – I’m not convinced about this claim but the ends of my hair did feel
soft. *prevents hair splitting – again I’m not sure, my hair isn’t prone to
splitting and I didn’t notice any difference. *reduces seasonal hair loss – my
hair loss remained consistent during use so I don’t think this was the case. *makes
hair look healthy and glossy – I think my hair did look health and glossy
whilst using the shampoo. *stimulates healthy hair growth – I didn’t notice any
change in hair growth, perhaps this is with prolonged use? *naturally
moisturises scalp – I don’t think that this was the case; I have a dry scalp
and using the shampoo made no significant change or improvement in this
respect. *leaves hair exceptionally soft, silky and smooth – this certainly was
the case, my hair definitely felt softer and smoother. I used it on my daughter’s hair and there was
a significant improvement in the texture of her hair (very long) which is
usually prone to tangling – this was not the case with this shampoo and I was
very pleased. *makes combing easier – my hair and that of my
daughters was significantly easier to comb following use of the shampoo. It is
an expensive high end product and it’s true that a little goes along way. However, I wasn’t convinced that it met all
the claims fully and at 250ml, it was relatively poor value for money. If money was no object and I wanted a good
detangling shampoo I might consider it but certainly not as a standard
item. The product is nice and fresh with
a lovely consistency. It cleaned hair without
stripping the natural oils and left it soft and tangle free. I don’t think that it met all the claims it
stated on the packaging and it was expensive.
I was happy to use it on my daughter’s hair although I suspect that it
is aimed at older people. A little of
the product went a long way. I don’t
think I fully understood the reference to the ‘triple helix formula’ on the
bottle – and I think it wasn’t clear whether the product had a ‘natural’ or
‘scientific’ basis and therefore I’m not sure who, if anyone, was the target
market. I wasn’t even sure if it was
aimed at the public or salons. Abigail
