Nicely presented and liked the front cover. Nice idea to have a book to read to your bump. Nice concept. The front cover was appealing. Was nice to read to my growing bump. Not sure if I felt more connected but sometimes felt movement when reading to my bump. Was a nice enough story. Illustrations were good. The story was really sweet and for the whole family. I would have preferred it in hardback. I did think the illustrations were really lovely. I do agree this would be an ideal Baby Shower gift as everyone who read or saw it smiled so would be perfect for a mum to be. I think it is a little pricey at £9.99. I would buy this if it was slightly cheaper. I would recommend as it is a nice story for anyone to read to bump. I think the book is a lovely it can be a bit repetitive every night but overall its a nice story pretty illustrations and a thoughtful gift. Amy Button – Mum To Be

Looked really lovely and really liked the front cover. I am a first time mum and had heard it was good to talk to your bump and play music to your bump, so the idea of reading a story was really nice. This was a nice story and nice to just sit down, relax and read the story to my growing bump. Also my husband also enjoyed reading the story as this way our unborn baby was getting used to both our voices. Nice story and gives you an indication of what to look forward to when baby arrives. Really lovely illustrations that complemented the story. I am in the latter stages of my pregnancy so baby moving a lot now and not sure if reading this story made any difference and I have a very active baby. We would both read this book to our growing bump a couple of times each week. I liked the story and something I can also read to our baby when they arrive. Personally for a book like this I think it would be better as a hardback. Nice lovely illustrations. Would be a lovely gift for any new mum and dad as both can enjoy reading to their bump. Personally I think £9.99 is a bit expensive. I would buy this as a special gift. I would recommend as I think it is a nice gift to give to any new parent preparing for the arrival of their baby. A good experience for me and my husband and we will look forward to reading this to our baby when they come into the world. Natasha Manning – Mum To Be

Looked professional and well presented. Materials used are good quality. I was hesitant at first, as reading to an unborn baby felt out of my comfort zone. But we persevered after reading about how the baby can recognise the parents voice. The front cover image intrigued me as it looks hand-drawn and makes me wonder if there are more images like this in the book. We did enjoy reading this book to our baby bump. It was an easy read and I liked how it rhymed. It wasn’t too much to read which was good. Nice and simple. Yes I did feel more connected. As a male you feel like there is not much you can do to support your partner, but things like this do help. The story made me excited for the arrival of my baby, and makes you think of all the good times that lie ahead. I loved the hand-drawn illustrations. It made the book feel like the author had drawn them herself? Really nice touch to the book. Hard to tell if our baby reacted to the book as our baby is quite a wriggler, but I’d like to think so. We read this once each week. Easy story to read, and liked the illustrations. Quality could have been improved with a hardback version. The illustrations are consistent throughout and complemented the story well. I do think this would be a good Baby Shower gift. It is something different. Not many people buy gifts for an unborn baby. It’s also something that you can read once the baby is born. Good value and not too expensive. Could maybe slightly cheaper, but good value in today’s market. I would buy this book. It took me out of my comfort zone and I will hopefully see the benefits when the baby is born. I would recommend as I feel everyone should give this a try. The book is written really well and has nice images. I feel a hardback version of this, or a series of books would be great. Maybe introduce some characters into a series? The overall experience was good. Something I am glad I had the opportunity to trial, as I would not normally buy something like this. There is definitely a market for unborn baby products, as people don’t seem to buy gifts for this. Conor Raynor – Dad to Be
