Looks
medicinal from the box, gives a good impression of how successful it’s going to
be. The packaging gives the right impression I think. Colour scheme suggests
medicinal properties and makes me feel confident it is a good product before
I’ve even used it. Instructions clear and simple. Bottle is strong, not likely to be bashed or
pierced accidentally. Product feels thick and foams nicely, smells quite nice,
not too strong. Has definitely reduced my son’s cradle cap so far! As it does
seem to work, I would be happy to pay more than normal shampoo for it. However,
I did have a look in my local store and it was £3.99 which I thought was quite
steep. It is definitely working so should I
run out before the cradle cap is completely gone I will definitely be buying
another bottle. The formula seems very gentle. Some accidentally went into my
son’s eyes when I was rinsing and he didn’t cry. It hasn’t caused any reactions
and is clearing the cradle cap. Would definitely recommend. Although the price
seems a little high, I really wanted the cradle cap treated so I would have
probably even paid a little more for it. Well packaged, easy to understand and
does the job brilliantly. You get what you pay for! An extremely positive experience with this,
it has treated my son’s scalp beautifully and meant that his baby photo shoots
weren’t affected by it! Very gentle, he
liked having it put on; it foams up and feels soft. His hair felt lovely
afterwards and it didn’t cause any reactions, as is always a worry with

I had previously used this shampoo with an
older daughter 8 years ago, and it was the first thing I thought of when my
newborn develops cradle cap. It doesn’t present itself as being a desirable
product. The box and colours are indicative of it being a medicated shampoo,
which while this is its primary function it may prevent people repurchasing it
to use as a shampoo on an ongoing basis. Saying that, it was memorable and I
was able to remember the box from using it 8 years previously, which enabled me
to describe to my husband to purchase with the house shop. Once out of the box, the bottle feels and
looks a little cheap, however I haven’t had any problems with leaking. Simple
to use, very self-explanatory. Perhaps mention that the shampoo won’t lather
like normal shampoo so as parents know to expect it. Love, love, love the smell
of it! Reminds me of lemon sherbet! And to be honest as one of the main reasons
I kept using it! As intended, the cradle cap (which was quite bad) started to
clear after the first use, and was completely gone by around the 3^rdweek. Occasionally I can see small dry patches appearing between washes but the
shampoo prevents this getting any worse, and it’s only noticeable due to her
having fine blonde hair. It takes so little shampoo that a bottle lasts for
ages, at 9 months we have just opened our third bottle. As stated I have used the shampoo before and
have since purchased more. I would recommend as I don’t think they would be
aware of the product with word of mouth as I haven’t seen any advertising. This product is sold as a medicated shampoo,
which is why I bought it first, but it such a lovely product which smells so
gorgeous that I kept on buying it for my little one, and have continued to do
so with our next little one. It doesn’t appear to sting her eyes when being
washed out either, though I try as much as possible to avoid this. Sarah Hines –

The
box looked bit bland, more like a medical product but was keen to try out as
Milly had bad cradle cap. The box gives
you lots of information and also you can find more helpful hints on their
website. Instructions clear and easy to
follow. This is easy to use and certainly has helped improve condition. I will keep using this as worked and will buy
more when this bottle runs out. It is easy to dispense, smells nice and is very
effective. Price is on a par with other
similar medical shampoos for baby. I was
very impressed with how well this worked and will purchase more. I have already told all my mummy friends
about this. A nice gentle shampoo that
