What a fun product! It’s lovely and colourful, so immediately interested Emma. It’s a great idea to have a digital bath thermometer, so that I can get a very accurate reading of bath temperature and know my little one is safe. The flashing red light, to warn me that the water is too hot, is a brilliant idea. It ensures Emma will never be put into water that is too hot. Digi Duck also tells me when the bath temperature is ideal for Emma. It’s so easy to use. The duck sits on a little stand, which are the ducks ‘feet’, so it all looks very cute. It’s also very good value for money. I’ve seen similar, less attractive products that cost more. The transparent cover is useful so that you can see the item. I know exactly what I’m buying. Very clear instructions, easy to follow. It’s very easy to use as it not only tells me the temperature of the bath water but also tells me whether the temperature is too hot or suitable for my baby to bathe in. It looks great fun and although it’s not really a toy, Emma likes to play with every thing, so she enjoys it looking bright and colourful! I would like the display to be a little bigger so I can see the temperature more readily. Very accurate because it is digital, which is excellent to ensure Emma is put into water which is at the optimum temperature. Emma thinks the duck is very interesting and likes to splash water at it. It is well made and sturdy. The battery life is 3 years and the duck feels as if it will last for years. It is very good value for money. I’ve seen similar, less attractive products that cost more. I would make the display a little larger so you can see the temp of the water at a very quick glance during bath time. I would definitely buy this product. It’s an excellent product for keeping Emma safe in the bath, it’s attractive, fun and very well made. It would also make a good present for newborns. I really like the Digi Duck because it ensures I can bath Emma safely in water which is at the perfect temperature, whilst being fun, attractive and great value for money.Lisa Askew – Baby Emma 10 months

Very cute and Emily finds it quite entertaining. Packaging Easy enough to open and not too much of it. Instructions Pretty straight forward and easy to understand. The style of this theremometer and the fact it looks like a toy defiantly helps, I leave it in the bath with Emily to play with all the time she is in there. It is easy enough to read, but you have to pick it up out of the bath and read it. It is accurate reading, however I wouldn’t rely on it, I would also check the temperature as well. Emily absolutely loved ths. The quality is good, it seems quite sturdy, although we haven’t dropped it or anything like that! It would be good value if you needed this type of aid, however I wouldn’t personally rely on it before putting Emily in the water. I would make the display bigger, so you could see it without having to remove it from the bath. The product overall is good, well made, packaged etc, however my own personal view is I do not see a need for this kind of item for our family. Nicky Parbott – Baby Emily 8.5 Months

As a 2nd time parent first perception is that this is an over priced item and was not sure how this would help us. The packaging made the device look cheap. The instructions were very good, and easy to follow. Our older child (2.5 years) enjoys it, and asks for it sometimes. It is very easy to see when it is too hot, as the red light flashes. However, you do have to look closely to see whether it is the right temp (it says "bath" above the temp in small letters) or too cool. The display certainly matched our own perception of too hot, although we allow the water to be much cooler than the thermometer advises before taking the baby out. The baby is too young to notice this item or interact with it in the bath. The 2.5 year old liked it a quite a bit. First impressions is that it is just a cheaply made piece of plastic; However, after using it a few times you realise the ‘turn upside down to turn on’ feature is easy, and it appears to be robust. Personally for us would not find this item a necessity, but can see it would be ideal for first time parents. The feet should be attached permanently, so that the suction device can be used in the bath, keeping the older child busy. The duck is actually reasonably good, once you start using it. The quality is fine, and it does give an accurate measurement. I think this would make a reasonable present for first time parents. Anyone else probably knows that an elbow in the water gives the same reading for free. However, some people like to have peace of mind and product to check water temperature. For us was not a product we would consider purchasing. Sylwia Whyman – Alex Aged 2 Years & Baby Matylda 7 Months
