I have been to this venue before and really like it. It never has huge queues which is great when you have children with you. It is really easy to get to for us. We went by car and it took around 20 minutes. Parking was really easy to find. There were men directing you to car parks and spaces. We were in the multi storey right next to the NIA so only had to walk out the door and you were there. The entrance was great. No queues at all and collecting out tickets were very easy too. Inside was quite busy with families buying merchandise, food or just generally standing around. My kids were trying to spot all the other children dressed up in Disney costumes. We were shown our seats by a steward. The seating was great and we had a great view too. Both of my children loved the show. They were both clapping when everyone else clapped. This is definitely something we like to do as a family. It is nice to see them having a good time. The facilities were good too. We ordered some food which was nice and didn’t have to wait in queues for that either. The toilets were ok. We did have to wait during the shows break for the ladies but it didn’t take long. We did feel safe in the theatre which is important when you have your children with you. There are plenty of stewards around if you needed any help. It offers great value for money as both my children enjoyed themselves. They both came out talking about their favourite parts in the show. I do feel as a parent the merchandise can be quite expensive especially if you have more than one child. We would consider going again as it is a lovely family day out. I have recommended it to others who have small children as this would be ideal for them. We all loved our experience seeing Disney on Ice. The staff in the NIA were very friendly and the performers were excellent on the ice. They are really talented people. Excellent!!! Kerry Baldwin – Courtney & Cameron 8 & 6 Years

We have visited the NIA before and really liked it. We didn’t have to queue at the doors either so were able to go straight in and get seated. Getting there is a straight forward drive for us. It only took us about 20 minutes to get there. Parking facilities were great. We parked right next door in a multi storey car park. The entrance was great. We didn’t have to queue which is an added bonus when you have got 2 excited children. The environment was great too. Courtney liked looking at all the children dressed up. The sections of the theatre were really good. We had excellent seats not too far from the front of the ice so we had plenty of space around us. Courtney really enjoyed the show. She was clapping along to the music with the Disney on Ice team when they clapped. She especially liked Tinkerbelle who kept coming out throughout the whole show. We love going out as a family and seeing shows just like this. We ordered food as soon as we got there which we all enjoyed. The toilets were ok; quite a big queue at the break time for the ladies but it soon went down. We felt very safe in the theatre. Our seats were the only ones in the block so once in place we didn’t have to keep getting up for other people to pass. I think the tickets were great value for money as Courtney really enjoyed it. Merchandise can be quite expensive though. We will definitely be looking at what show we can go to again as a family. I have recommended it to family and friends. I do know quite a few friends that went over the weekend we went too. We loved our experience. Disney is a big favourite in our house and she knew all the characters in the show and who the hero was too. Courtney 8 Years

The NIA is a huge venue. It is really nice and is situated right next to Brindley Place canal so we took Cameron to see the barges. It took us around 20 minutes to get there. It is a straight forward run from ours on the motorway to the venue. We parked right next door in a multi storey car park and only had to walk out the door and up some steps and we were by the NIA. We went straight in to the counter and got our tickets. We didn’t even have to queue. Cameron liked looking at all the other children dressed up in character. There was different section sin the theatre. We were directed to our seats which were right in front of the Ice. We had a great view and were sat a few rows back. Cameron really enjoyed the show. He especially liked the dragon that came out and waved at Micky and Minnie every time they came out. We love to do things like this as a family and really enjoyed ourselves. We ordered food as soon as we got there as it was around dinner time. It was really nice. We felt really safe in the theatre. You could always see a Steward who would answer any questions you had. I think the tickets were great value for money as Cameron really enjoyed himself. The sweets/candyfloss and merchandise can be quite expensive especially if you have more than one child. We would definitely consider going to another show. I have recommended it to family and friends with young children. Cameron has told all his friends that he went to the show. Cameron loved the show and was very excited when he came out talking about it. Cameron 6 Years
