Lovely
quality, with a nice modern design. I really like the look of the book the
quality is really good and it has a modern feel about the design compared to
other keepsake books. The book with the hard cover feels like quality and has
some durability. I really like the design and illustrations, it is modern and
not gender specific which I personally like. Not all boys will want trucks,
cars. Also it would mean if you brought a blue one it wouldn’t have to be for a
boy. The quality of the paper and cover is clearly excellent. The paper is
clearly thick luxury paper rather than cheap stuff. This makes you feel it
would last. Also confidence if buying for a gift that you are giving a quality
item. However maybe a waterproof cover
would be better as it is to be filled out for up to 5 years and could get
messy. (I like things to look new as long as possible.) It is quality and
clearly a lot of expense has gone into the materials however I feel it could
get ruined easily by toddlers if they get hold of it. Therefore have dropped
one point for not having the protective cover or inserts for photos to b
included and not easily ripped off. I would
purchase as a gift particularly for a first child as you will have more time to
complete it. However it would be fun to fill out together when they are older. It
is lovely that it is for early years and not just my first year I hope that I
get to fill it all out and not forget!! Overall a lovely product, I may be
being a little picky with my comments but if they added those in I personally
couldn’t fault it. A beautiful book
which is fun to fill out particularly so early on looking back at names, scan
photo’s etc. and seeing how much has happened already. We will buy one for my
older son who is 2 as we feel you can’t have one for one and not the
other. I imagine it would be a beautiful
gift for a first time mum who may have more time to reflect and complete in
more detail. Thank you for letting us review this lovely product. Danielle Reuby

Lovely.
Really pretty and looks good quality. I really like the cloth binding. It feels
expensive and should last for many years which is obviously important. The font
on the cover isn’t great though, I find it a bit dated. The design is very sweet but not too cutesy!
They don’t dominate the pages so there is loads of space for you to write. I
think it is quite timeless which is appealing. Great quality, sturdy. The price
seems to be similar to other baby books but as this takes the child up to 5
years old, (rather than year one only) it offers good value for money. I would
love to have another for my other child and think I would buy as a gift. I would most certainly recommend. The baby memory books that I have seen before
can be a bit naff and old fashioned. This is really lovely. I like the
illustrations and the subtitles are all great-remind you of important things in
your child’s life, as well as things that aren’t so significant but are nice to
remember, such as first time baby grabbed something. It reminded me to keep our
baby announcement card as there is space for this and I’m so pleased I
did. I’m looking forward to filling it in as time goes by and love the
thought of reading it with my daughter when she is older. The note book is
sweet but I can’t imagine using it and it’s slightly pointless really. It might
be nice to have a protective slip cover so the journal really is protected. Kimberley

My first impression of this product was that it was a nice manageable size, not too big
and would not take up too much room. This product strikes me as something that
won’t date with time. The colour was a dusky pink and slightly purple I liked
that it was not baby pink like so many baby girl products are.I thought
the design was cute and simple.
I liked that there were no cartoon babies’ just illustrations of woodland
animals. The quality felt very good. It felt well-made and I liked
the feel of the thick paper. I liked this product and the quality is good but I
feel that at RRP £19.99 it is a quite expensive. I wouldn’t personally spend
that much on it.I would buy this product and would be willing to pay up
to £15.00 but only for close family. If this £10.00 I would buy this for
friends also.I would recommend this product as it has good prompts and
can be filled in quickly. The quality is good so I would recommend. When I
opened this product I was happy with the colour, design and feel of it. I thought
the quality was good when I opened it and the pages felt thick and were nice to
write on. I liked how it felt easy to quickly fill this in. The style of the
prompts was good and provided enough room to fill the sections in and it felt
less formal to do based on the font of writing inside. I didn’t feel that
I benefited from having the additional notebook however I can see that for some
it is a nice touch. The final thing I liked was that it contains pages to take
your child’s journey up to school age. This will be nice to keep all records
together. Gemma Rhodes – Jessica 6 Weeks
