I really liked the packaging, product was well presented. A nice idea, fits in well with the big focus currently of trying to reduce plastics and use recyclable products. Lovely design which comes in a range of shapes and colours – really appealing to all. The suction base held really well – we don’t really require it but I imagine for a child of a younger age this would be so beneficial. My daughter really enjoyed using it, she had no difficulties with it. This made a lovely change from using the usual range of plates – my daughter loved the novelty of it and she found that it was a lot easier to contain the food. Due to the design and texture she was very proud of her new plate. The two large sections on the plate was perfect for my daughter who doesn’t really like food textures being mixed, we were able to keep them separate which then encouraged her to eat all of her meals – which is unusual for her. We used this at home at the dinner table, however due to the stylishness and how effective it was, I would be tempted to use it when going out to support with mealtimes too. We would use this 3-4 times per week at dinner time. It wasn’t overly important to me this was made of bamboo, however I am very conscious of the eco-benefits of using bamboo and I definitely think that it makes it appealing to the consumer. Initially I was concerned that it wouldn’t clean very well or that it may be left with stains (as other wooden items do), however I was pleasantly surprised and I think this could be perhaps due to the coconut oil that I occasionally put on it as advised. I really liked the shape and feel of the natural wood – something very different to the usual tableware that my children use. I think it was very good quality, even after a lot of uses it remained in excellent condition. It’s fairly expensive for a piece of tableware and I’m not sure if I could justify buying several pieces for each of my children but I do think for what you receive and the quality of it, it does offer good value for money and I would be tempted to buy one as a gift for others. I would definitely consider buying these as gifts for others and I love that range of products that are on offer. I would recommend as it is a lovely concept, great quality product and it looks really appealing. I have given this full marks as the product was made really well and even after a lot of use it remained in fantastic condition. It is great quality, lovely design and was very appealing to my daughter. Although I feel my daughter was probably a little too old to fully appreciate or benefit from the suction base, she was still able to appreciate how beautifully made and different the plate was which made mealtimes really fun for her. It came in a really appealing shape and bright coloured suction base and my daughter loved that there were two sections to put her food into (which avoided foods mixing). Having looked at the website, there are lots of other products that I would be tempted to get, not necessarily for us but for others as I think the product is beautifully presented, comes with lots of information about how it is eco-friendly and will appeal to many. product looked very premium and well finished, with lovely details such as the ducks eye a slightly different colour to the rest of the plate. I think that it’s a good concept to have items that are used every day that have been made sustainable and can be recycled when they are no longer needed. I loved the duck design it was very cute and well finished. Ducks are my little girls favourite at the moment so she loved the duck shape and “quacked” when she saw it. I think overall the suction base was effective and stuck to most surfaces, it didn’t seem to like our table cloth sometimes but we just made sure we put a mat down and it worked fine. My little girl found the plate very easy to use, especially with cutlery as when she put her fork into food the plate gently tilted and let the fork go into the food instead of shooting off. The deep sides on the plate also made getting food easier. The sections meant that we could put a few things on her plate to try and keep they separate to the food we know she likes. My little girl enjoyed using her ducky plate at mealtimes and chooses this plate most meal times. I like the 2 large sections on the plate it made it easy to add new food, and to stop food mixing. I liked that it was finished to a high quality and as a result actually did what it advertised. We used this most mealtimes. I think it is important that the plate was made from natural materials and can be recycled etc as too much goes to landfill and we should try and reduce our use on non-recycled materials. the plate was very easy to clean and didn’t seem to mark very easily. It still looks like new after a lot of use. I liked the fact that little one couldn’t just pick it up and tip it over and that the she loved the design. The plate was finished to a very high standard and didn’t have any issues with the quality. I have looked at similar items previously and I think this product is about right for the price as you expect to pay more for natural products especially bamboo. I would consider buying this sort of product again as we had a very good experience. My little one loves the plate design and looks forward to mealtimes. I would recommend this product to friends and family as it works very well and the sucker stops the plate from being moved and food being tipped on the floor. This is a high end product that has been finished to a high level and the design has been well executed. We had a very good experience of this product, I was a little sceptical at first as we have used similar products in the past that have not worked. This product has been well designed and as a result works very well. The design is cute and child friendly and there are no sharp or jagged edges, it had a better finish than melamine plates that we have used in the past. Bethan Lloyd – Poppy 2 Years

I loved it, I thought it was lovely quality and felt really nice. I like this plate as I think it is great to start with something so simple for a child to be eco-friendly. The duck shape is very cute and the suction section is nice to give it a bit of personalisation by choosing a particular colour. It was perhaps a little small in size for my child, she eats full child portion sizes and this couldn’t really fit everything on for her. The suction base worked well on the tablemat and I think it would work especially well on a highchair tray. She was able to use the plate very easily, although as she is nearly 4 the suction section didn’t really feel necessary and she didn’t like she couldn’t move it out of the way herself so we tried not to use it but she liked the colour of it so we didn’t always take it off. She did like the shape and getting her plate out to use. It is easy for her to carry as it has a nice thick edge. She liked the colour of the bottom as well. I like the sections to separate food and think it adds to the duck shape. I think it would have been better for when my child was younger and then I could have used it better. I don’t feel the need to separate the food now so it unfortunately wasn’t an asset now. But I defiantly would have liked it when starting to wean a baby. We would use this at mealtimes and used most days of the week. This being made of bamboo wasn’t something I had thought about before but I think it is a great idea and really like it. I was worried about how this would wash but it was fine to do in the sink. It was good that the suction came off for cleaning , that seemed to make it easier so nothing was trapped. I love the shape, it is just so cute and would make meals fun and make a child excited to get out their plate. Lovely quality, it is so smooth to touch, not at all rough. I do think it is quite expensive but I guess things are for them to be eco-friendly. It is a great item that if cared for correctly will last well. Although I do think it is quite expensive I think it is a lovely item with great reasoning for being a bit more. I just feel it work better for a younger child so I have already looked at getting one for my nephew who will be starting weaning soon. Again although I think it is a bit pricey it is a lovely item and would be pleased to tell people about the item and show them it. A very nice, cute item. Would last well if bought for a young child. We enjoyed using the plate, it is very cute and the colour adds a bit extra to it. I do feel my child missed the most use out of it due to her age. It would have been nicer and more use when she was smaller in order to separate her food and when she would try and throw her plate off her tray. Clair Brain – Katie 3 Years 6 Months
