I was extremely excited when the product first arrived. The layout was nice and simple and the videos were extremely helpful. I think this is a terrific concept. Something that I think all parents and carers would greatly benefit from. I have a twelve year old with a serious medical condition and a fifteen month old who does not. I thought I knew rather a lot but it turns out I got much more of an education than I expected. I particularly feel more confident with what to do if my baby were to choke or have a head injury or a fit.The course is extremely easy to follow and is delivered in nice small sections. Ideal for any parent or carer who perhaps only has a few minutes at a time to themselves. The videos are a brilliant help as well to help explain things in a more visual way.I had not had any first aid training before taking this course. I feel much more confident in my abilities and knowledge should I ever need to handle a medical situation.I learned several valuable things during this course that I did not know or knew false or outdated information about. I learned not to stick my fingers in the mouth of a choking baby or any person as you may push the object further down, I learned the key signs that someone may have a serious head injury and I learned that if someone was having a fit or seizure to remove any dangers and make them comfortable without picking them up or holding them- which I absolutely did not know and I find all of this invaluable. Content and quality is both superb. I feel like unlike other sources, this course focuses on a few of the main concerns and worries a parent or carer might have and delivers an in depth yet brief, to the point course. This course is extremely informative and provides peace of mind through knowledge; however, I am not confident that the majority of parents would be able to afford the cost. I loved everything about this course. I think what I liked about it most was the fact it could be completed in a day or over a few days. I would definitely buy this course. The information it provides is so valuable to me as a mum and a full time carer, having that confidence in an emergency is very reassuring. I would recommend for the reasons stated above, now that I have done this course I would recommend this to anyone who has children or looks after children. This course provides you with all the information and demonstrative videos you need to handle an emergency situation with your child calmly and confidently.I am so happy I was given the opportunity to review this course. It was so easy to follow and pay attention to. I learned new things quickly that stayed with me thanks to the helpful videos and small quizzes at the end of each section. Prior to doing this course I would have done quite a few things wrong, or panicked in an emergency. I now honestly feel confident enough to be able to deal with these things calmly should I ever need to. Not only do I have the vital first aid information I need to feel confident with my daughter. I also feel confident if these things were to happen with my older son, who already has a serious medical condition, and indeed my Partner as well! The course provides information on how to deal with these scenarios on a baby, child or adult. So anyone thinking of purchasing this course is really getting a “3 in 1” deal. I found it a pleasure to do and I am so thankful that I was able to complete this course. Lauren Mackay – Nova 15 Months

I thought this product was different and very interesting. This course is excellent, an open learning tool for all parents. This has helped me in so many ways. It is amazing just how much I have learnt from this course.Instructions are very simple and easy to follow. Prior to undertaking this course I had not had any First Aid training. I do feel more confident now I have taken this course. It has been very informative and I will definitely refer to it in the future. The things I learnt are too many to list. This has definitely improved my knowledge in any emergency. Content of the course is all very relevant and lots of areas covered in detail. The videos were particularly good. This course is worth every penny for being aware of child safety/emergencies. The best part of this course was the videos and the detailed content. I would purchase this course. I will definitely be recommending to my mum, dad and friends. This course contains vital points which every parent should be aware of. This course is excellent, could not fault it. I really enjoyed completing this course as it was both informative and easy to follow. Claire Lumsley – Alfie 22 Months

I liked it. It was clear with simple instructions and easy to manoeuvre around the site. Great idea for those who are unable to get to a practical course as this can be done when it suits you which is great for busy parents. This did help me feel more prepared to deal with medical situations. Before this course I hadn’t even thought about a recovery position for a baby and I guess you always hope you won’t ever need to use it but it definitely has made me feel prepared should the worst happen. The course was very easy to follow with check boxes as you completed each section which made it easy to see exactly where you were at and allowed you to track your progress.I did complete a 3 day course many years ago in First Aid at Work. I think knowledge gives you confidence so I like to think I would remain calm. I actually think that all parents should complete some sort of first aid training. I learnt more about the recovery position for babies and how to deal with head injuries. I thought quite a bit of the content was common sense however, I have also learned things that I didn’t know and think it’s important to update your knowledge which this course is great for.I think it’s quite expensive for parents for a course which can be completed quite quickly, that said can’t you really put a price on this sort of thing? I really loved the option of being able to stop and start when it was convenient to me. A great idea for parents – I would tend to wait until my children were in bed. As I’ve mentioned before I think a lot was common sense and I do feel it’s quite pricey. I would recommend because I think this is a great way to update your knowledge and update information that may have become outdated. A great idea for busy parents to update their knowledge and first aid skills however, I’m not sure it’s that affordable. The fact though that you can just do it when you have some free time is brilliant and great for busy parents. I enjoyed updating my knowledge and I think it’s very important when you have young children to know what to do in an emergency situation and this course really does help with that. When I completed the final test I got one question wrong but it didn’t tell me which and I think it would be beneficial to know where I went wrong. Amanda Dickerson – Frankie & Charlie 3 & 2 Year
