A very good looking and quality game. The rules were clear and simple enough for my 5 year old to understand quickly. Excellent quality, very bright and legible characters. We have played this game over and over again and keep adding our own little twists to the game, been played at least 4 times a week. Niamh now understands the facial expressions used and is putting these to use in real life. Some of the cards are a little hard for Niamh to understand so we just swap for another card, but this is good because it means he will not quickly outgrow the game. Excellent value for money! I don’t think it really matters how many players, Niamh has even taking this to school to play with her class mates. A very extremely useful resource for learning about emotions and feelings, definitely recommended! Janine Stevens – Niamh 5 Years

Nice packaging, very colorful, nice short instructions for the board game, up to 6 players which is great for larger families. Beautiful website, very easy to navigate and find information. Range consists of 5 ‘feel good’ products for children, the game, cards a CD, posters and a book. I think a lot of thought went into creating this assortment. The children enjoyed it. It is for ages 5-10, and we played it all together including my 4 year old. It is not for his age, but he enjoyed being part of the ‘event’. It is great that there is no winner, only a common success of removing all the 16 sad pieces and unveils the ‘happy face’ on the board. It’s not a game for kids on their own, but to play with adults. It will help communication and will make the children start to open up and think about their feelings. It’s a great tool for all sorts of groups where adults want to open up lines with kids and understand each other better. As they talk a lot anyway and are generally very happy children it didn’t add anything we wouldn’t usually talk about. The game/questions are appropriate for the intended age group 5-10, but I really think it needs at least one adult to make them pick and play the game. Talking about emotions and feelings is relevant at all ages. It’s a great tool to use for adults to start talking about feelings with children and make children better at expressing themselves. A really impressive and different game. I don’t believe there’s anything quite like this already out there! I love the whole concept of the company’s website and think this is a great development tool. I read the rules of the game with Jem and they were clear and simple to understand. We used the game as intended but Jem also had other ideas which were great. Very good quality – but would deteriorate with excessive use. My son has just signed with an acting agent and this tied in wonderfully with using expression, etc. Jem is a little bit young – but we still made great use of it and I know it will be used again and again. I thought it might have put him off that it appeared a bit ‘girly’ but it didn’t in the slightest. He loved it and I think he’ll appreciate it even more as he gets a bit older. Jem needed a bit of help – but made an admirable effort! I was really impressed and whilst I thought it was quite comprehensive I’m sure it could be developed in many ways. Great value for money, it’s also got great potential as a Christmas present for a number of people. Jem and I did it together but I know that it would work great in a group too – and we look forwards to doing so. I was really impressed with this product and loved how it was aimed – how it was very modern and ‘pc’ and I think it’s a fabulous developmental tool. I know we’ll certainly enjoy it for years to come. Sarah-Jayne Windridge France – Jem 4 Years
