I genuinely
thought it wasn’t going to be beneficial to aid my support. After a few days in
I saw signs of it working. There isn’t much to say about the packaging in all
fairness because how nicely/neat can a big rubber ball look packaged? I for one
don’t ever take into consideration how a product is packaged but how it
performs and does what it says on the tin! The instructions was extremely clear
and precise on what you had to do and this is how it should be because it isn’t
a simple workout you’re doing, if you are doing it wrong because the instructions
are confusing or not enough of it you’re going to do damage not only to
yourself but to your unborn but lucky enough the instructions are simple and
easy to follow (Well done). Nothing worse than having a product which you have
spent hard earned cash on and it breaks after 1 use, seeing as this is
specifically targeted for pregnancy it had to be of high quality or they would
have the injuries of many woman and their unborn babies on their conscience,
lucky enough this is of fantastic quality and one that will certainly be used
time and time again even for future pregnancies if so required. Let’s face it
no one wants to be in pain whether your pregnant or not and anything that
states it will aid your pregnancy will certainly get a lot of attention. The
price isn’t steep at all which is surprising because normally this market is
exploited as there will always be pregnant women in the world. This product is
fully justifiable for the price and you can’t put a price on comfort. I would
certainly buy this product for sure (after reading reviews first). 100% I would
recommend this product to a friend/family member! I would like to take
stress/pain away from anyone as it isn’t a nice thing to have and pregnancy
should be pleasant also not just when baby is here and to know I have given advice
to someone that needs it to aid them allows me to sleep at night. This
product is just simply amazing, it doesn’t feel like a workout at all because
deep down you know you’re helping yourself and the baby, it is built to last
which you need from a product because why pay for something that doesn’t work
or last. I am so glad I was given the opportunity to test this product because
I have read a lot about this product on forums but didn’t know much about it
and if it wasn’t for this chance I wouldn’t have bought it because it was so
unknown! My overall opinion is every woman should have this even if you do a
little each day (don’t overdo it) you will feel different within yourself and
it’s not a chore so happy times. Samantha

Lovely
packaging, felt very nice quality. Ball seems a good quality as well, thick
material. Does not come with a pump but luckily I had one. Packaged well. All
comes in a nice bag. Feels good quality on first impression. Instructions very
clear with regards to pumping up the ball. Found it a little bit difficult to
navigate the website and find where the exercise videos were. Lovely thick
material on the ball smells nice! Lovely bag to store everything in and then
use afterwards. Initially thought the ball lost pressure quickly – but, after
reading the instructions again, this is normal after the first inflation and
subsequently keeps the pressure when topped up. Seems quite pricey at £35 but good
to have all the support of the videos and website. Sends you emails to remind
you to unlock the next video which is good if you’re forgetful or are lacking
motivation! I would consider buying as a treat. I would recommend this. Overall, the product has a luxurious feel –
the ball and accessories are lovely and the website is set out well and feels
like a lot of thought has gone into the design. The videos are clear and
exercises good. Mine didn’t come with the exercise band and a lot of the
exercises in the book involve using the bands – I’m not sure whether this is
because I was testing the product rather than buying at full price. Would
expect one in the package for £35. It is a nice product to make sure during
pregnancy and postnatally you get time to yourself to relax and exercise. The
videos are not too long so not difficult to find the time to do them alongside

Good quality
exercise ball. I really like the Tote bag it comes in, Good at storing all the
bits and pieces away in when not in use making them easy to find when needed. The
instructions are very clear and easy to understand. Both in the manuals and
online exercises. The quality is of high standard – Although my exercise ball
didn’t seem to keep its air for very long, but not something I found to
annoying. Definitely good value, especially if use the online weekly work outs
to. I would consider purchasing this product as it’s helped me improve my
pelvic floor a lot better then what I had been doing previously. Keeping fit
during pregnancy is so important. I would recommend this product as it’s really
good at helping you keep fit during pregnancy. The exercises are easy to go
through and being able to stream the online ones wherever is really helpful. I
would have given a 5 but I found I had to put more air in my ball every time I
went to use it. I have really enjoyed using this product; it’s kept me on track
with my exercises. Also it’s been really helpful as before I didn’t really know
what exercises I needed to do whilst pregnant.
The only thing I found a shame was that quite a few of the exercises required
the resistance band, would have been nice to have been sent that to so I could
take advantage of all the exercises, it did not limit me too much though as
