from the packaging as if it was designed as much more of an educational toy however
it was bright and fully displayed the product and its features. Alfie was
excited to open it up. When I first looked at the product I realised to get
each bug to work you had to drop it into the net which then gave you the fact
about that individual bug as they were weighted differently. My concern was
that if the bottom of the net touched a surface or not enough time was given
for each one this feature would not work (a bit like the grocery scales at
self-scanning check outs!). This turned out true to a certain extent HOWEVER my
child and also my 2 year old how had a go later in the day did not find it an
issue. After the initial couple of goes they worked it out on their own and it
was working like a dream. This
toy was both educational and great fun. Some of the facts and quiz questions
were harder than others which meant he was getting enough right to want to keep
playing but not enough that it became boring. He is still having great fun with
this now. 100%. Interactive without him staring at a screen and also something
he was able to do with his friends. The product offers individual play and
multi-play on the quiz setting so everyone was able to enjoy it at any time. Extremely
well built, would definitely withstand a drop or 10. Also each bug was made to
a really high quality. There is no chance of a stray leg or wing breaking off
any time soon. Great at home but too expensive to give as a gift and doesn’t
look the money’s worth from the outside of the box. I would never have bought this product from
looking at the box or even reading the features however my child absolutely
loves it and it is very well made. He has actually learnt quite a few facts
which is great as he is playing and learning at the same time. I think it will
have a place in our toy trunk for a very long time which makes a pleasant
change from the usual broken or no longer interesting pile of wasted money! I
have recommended it to my child’s school who are going to borrow it for their
bug topic next term! Overall a fab
product. Great for learning and really good fun. Great for getting everyone
involved without needing to stare at some sort of screen and good for in the
car or on the go fun. Pleasantly surprised by its constant use… a guilt

We were excited to receive it because we are
interested in bugs. Packaging gives a good idea of what the product does lots
of information and pictures so we could see how to use it without reading
instructions. Age is for 4+ but this
amused both my 6 year old and my 3 year old as they are both interested in bugs
and it gives lots of facts about them. We
found it was great for learning information about bugs, and then doing the
quiz, but my children are not interested in playing with the bugs or net for
imaginative play. Good educational toy
but not really stimulating for imagination.
They were both happy to play with it for a long time when it first
arrived. However, now they have heard
most of the facts it is less interesting for them. Excellent robust quality toy. I do feel the price is quite expensive. Although my boys have enjoyed playing with
it, I don’t feel it will be a toy they will play with a lot in future as they
have heard all the facts now and there isn’t much else to do with it. Good

the packaging and looked an unusual and interesting toy for Sarah. The
packaging is bright and colourful. This
is a very good educational toy as you just drop the bug into the net and it
gives you facts about the bug which is great fun way to learn. I never had any concerns about Sarah using
this toy as ideally suited to her age group.
This is a lovely fun and educational toy and Sarah has had so much fun
playing with this toy. It was very
stimulating as you get facts and then quiz questions so makes them think about
the bug in question. Sarah loves this and has been playing with it most
days. It is strong and sturdy and will
last. This is a well-made and well thought out toy and has kept my daughter happy
and entertained. This is something we will carry on using and have already
recommended to friends and family. A
great learning toy which you can have fun with indoors or outdoors and helps
your children learn about bugs. Just a
bit on the pricey side. If I see this on
offer will be purchasing one for a few of my nieces and nephews as
