What a great idea, as always needing help and advice quickly with a little active boy. This is very easy to download and the instructions are clear and helpful. You can look through various categories and find the answers to your questionswhich are worrying you immediately. Since using this we have had a few injuries, high temperature and also occasion where Tony had item stuck in his throat and from reading through all the info online I knew how to deal with this situation without panicking. You do have important information highlighted and you can download each relevant PDF. I love having things at my fingertips and always using the computer to source help and advice so for me this was great product. I also found the dashboard facility very useful. Everything would download quickly. Information supplied is very informative, helpful and enables you to understand easily and deal with a wide range of first aid problems. When I first saw the price I thought very expensive but this is a one off payment and the information is updated all the time so you always have the latest information to hand. With a family of 4 this has been invaluable to us. If yo ulike using computers and having first aid help and advice at your fingertips then this is the ideal product for you. I have used this regularly and it has been such a help. Helped me to know how to deal with a wide range of ailments, and accidents and also stopped me from panicking and helped me handle the situation calmly. Good advice and helps you know when to call the doctor or get your child to casualty too. Would recommend as a great idea and great concept. Melissa Abrahams – Tony 3 years

A great idea, very informative, easy to use. Very easy instructions no problems. Simple and effective website spent a bit of time seeing what each category held etc. Did end up needing to use it for a head injury – found the information quickly and also helpful. The most important information was highlighted although would have preferred to not to have to download a pdf file just open a new web page might’ve been easier. The dashboard facility is very easy to use and helpful. The pages did download quickly enough just not sure why it had to be done that way. Seemed to have great information and no advertising or unnecessary info to distract you. Although easy to use and helpful wouldn’t pay for something that is on NHS website (unfortunately just not as clear) may be if it was a bit cheaper. I would suggest making it look a little more inviting – seemed very sterile / plain. I would recommend to those who could afford it. Price brings it down but love the concept /product. Was glad I had it – was my first thought when my daughter had had her accident but couldn’t afford it otherwise. Sharley Phillips – Olivia 20 Months
