thought it looked beautiful. The Hello Canvas website was very easy and clear
to use. The customer service was very
good and they contacted me straight away with regards to the initial photo I
was using as we had problems due to photo not the right size and spec etc.
Packaging very good. Packed with foam around the edges then in a clear plastic
bag and sealed in a box – no damage at all.
I was amazed as I hadn’t seen anything like this. Great value for money. I will be making sure I order more for our
new house, no more frames needed! They used a courier service you emailed and
text to say delivery was expected. I
would recommend and I have shown everyone who’s been round and they love it as
much as I do. It’s great quality and looks stunning. Ease of ordering is important to me
especially not having much time with working and looking after my children, the
quality is amazing and the overall experience was great, simple and quick. Laura

Very impressed initially with the
product. Looked great from website.Website was very simple and easy to
use. I didn’t have any problems using it.Customer service was brilliant.
I asked if possible to remove a lift mark from the photograph I submitted. They
called me and emailed me to resolve and the person I spoke to was very
helpful.It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.I was
very impressed with the overall quality, it exceeded my expectations.They
offer great value for money at the price I would have paid.Delivery was
swift after they contacted me regarding the query.I would recommend the
product to friends and family.I would consider buying the product.Overall
I’d give this 5/5. Everything was perfect.Overall I was delighted with
every step of ordering and receiving this. Staff so friendly and helpful when
they called me regarding my query over the photograph I submitted. The website

Absolutely
amazing! Completely exceeded my expectations! It was very easy to use and the
uploading of pictures was a lot easier than other websites I have used, I found
it easier to edit and resize my image and also change the colour effects. I didn’t
need to contact customer services but I was kept updated with the progress of
my order. I was really impressed with how quickly the product arrived. The
packaging was basic but functional and protected the product well. I liked
being able to choose between matt and gloss finish. It came exactly as shown on
the website. In the past, on other websites, I have been disappointed when
items have come cropped differently or the colours seem differently too shown
but this was perfect! It is sturdy and was very easy to hang. The fixtures to
fix are of good quality. It really is quite unique. It fits in beautifully with
my contemporary décor but could equally show. It was value for money, looks so
much nicer than a canvas. It is a real work of art and I would be interested in
purchasing a larger metal picture now. Delivery was speedy. I was kept well informed and the product
arrived exactly as promised. I have already recommended to my friends and
family. Everyone who comes to the house comments on how lovely the product is
and it takes pride of place in my sitting room.
If I was in the market for a personalized wall art and had seen this I
would definitely have been interested but may not have purchased as I would
have been unsure as to what to expect. Ordering was straight-forward and hassle
free. It was easy to upload my photos and then select effects, cropping,
colouring etc. The product that arrived was exactly as I had seen it mocked up
on the website. The product arrived quickly and I was given a one hour delivery
slot so I didn’t have to wait in. I was impressed by the quality, colour and
finish of the product. I would definitely purchase from them again and would
recommend them to friends and family. The product is very good value and offers
