quite compact when arrived. Packaging is fine. Gives a good indication of what
the product is ‘for’ with clear pictures/diagrams. Instructions
are good, but to be honest, the product is easy to use without actually looking
at the instructions. I haven’t got anything bad to say about it. It is of
course a bit ‘plasticky’ but button control is good (they are the ‘inset’ type
so you press a ‘pad’ rather than a button).
The initial outlay is quite off-putting, however I think that it does
what it says, and for that reason its good value. I would certainly recommend if they suffer
from allergies. My son and husband
suffer from hay fever and it will be valuable to find out if this helps them
later in the year. At the moment I think that it is very obvious that it
does ‘purify’ the air. We had a burnt pizza incident so I set it on ‘high’ in
the kitchen and it removed the nasty odour pretty quickly. As I’ve said, it
will be interesting to find out if it helps with the pollen in the summer
months. The lowest setting is very quiet and the highest is very much ‘full
blast’. It has a small footprint which is great. It’s really simple to use. It has withstood being kicked over twice. (It
would sit on a surface easily as it’s quite small, but we have none free so I
left it on the floor) It does have a
basic remote control which I forgot about and which I probably wouldn’t use but

a good solid air purifier. Smart looking
packaging clearly showing the product. Clear and easy to use instructions. It
was easy to set up and then once set up it was easy to use. I like the timer
function so you don’t have to worry about leaving it on. It is a quality
piece of equipment and not too big. It has different settings and is easy to
use. It’s well built and floor standing which is useful. I found it
useful to clear the air and remove dust but I would like to see it in the
allergy season before I mark it up! It did help in the winter make the air seem
clearer with the stuffy radiators! It cleared smells as well. I mainly suffer from hay fever and it will be
interesting to see what effect it has in the height of my allergy season. I would purchase this item and certainly
recommend. It made the air seem clearer
and I noticed less dust after it had been on. I would like to see how it is in
the hay fever season and I am looking forward to it having an effect! Joanna

My
initial impression was that this was a high quality item; it was smaller than I
had expected which I was pleased about. An attractive and eye catching box.
Well packaged to keep the product in perfect condition on arrival. The
instructions were clear on how to operate the product, how to troubleshoot
problems and maintenance. However, it misses important advice in my opinion. It
should have guidance on usage of the product. For example, it is supposed to
run 24 hours a day, or just daytime, or just for a few hours a day? Is it to be
used all year round or just when someone is suffering from hay fever or someone
in the house has a cold? And in which situations would you use the four
settings? It states that Quiet is recommended for night, and Turbo gives a
‘cleaning power boost’ – I am unclear on what this means or when it would be
necessary. When would you use low and medium? I think this information is very
important. Also, I would have liked much more information on the benefits of
use and the scientific evidence of this. It seems well made, a good quality
product. Robust and not unattractive as I was expecting. The remote control is
unnecessary and so small it could be easily lost. Very sturdy, it didn’t get
knocked over at all. I am impressed by the three year warranty which suggests a
very well made product with good after sales service. It
was easy to set up and easy to use. It would benefit from a handle or similar
to make it easier to pick up and move to another room. I
was impressed with the quiet mode which really is very quiet. It is very expensive and it is hard to review
the effectiveness as there is no way for me to know if it is/isn’t doing what
it claims to. It didn’t make any noticeable difference. Having said that, I did
like the idea of having cleaner air but I have no way of knowing to what extent
it was working. If a member of my family had asthma/allergies and I noticed an
improvement then I would say it is worth every penny. I would recommend to those
who suffered from allergies or asthma. I really liked the thought that my
family were breathing cleaner air than normal, but I would have liked more
evidence to convince me of the effectiveness and benefits, and better guidance
on usage. It does blow out cold air,
particularly on the higher settings, which would be fine most of the year but
