These looked nice and colourful. Packaging simple to open easy to
identify when put away. Quality is good and it would be nice for it to be wipe
clean or laminated. It was very useful, helped with behavioural problems, when
children had met a target and just general good work. Children enjoyed placing
their sticker on to the circle and finding their name. I think it does offer
value for money but as I said before I would be prepared to pay a little more
to have it laminated and then to be able to buy more stickers separately. I
would purchase this set and would recommend.
Shame I didn’t get instructions as I’m not sure if I have been using it
as it was designed for, but having said that the children have loved having it
pinned to the wall it’s looking a little worn round the edges but still looks
good. Parents have commented on the fact they can also see if their children
have got more stickers or not. Roz Turrell – Pre-School Proprietor – Age group

Good.
Bright, colourful and child friendly. Arrived well packaged and in a jiffy bag.
Product itself was in a plastic wrap. Is this necessary? Maybe a more
environmentally friendly alternative could be used. There were no instructions.
However the product doesn’t need them as it is self-explanatory. The product is
good quality. Bold and appealing to children, with plenty of space to fit the
whole class on one sheet. The stickers are just the right size for the children
to fix on themselves. Not small enough to be fiddly but small enough to
practice fine motor skills to peel and stick them to the chart. As it is very
visual it has allowed the children to see the consequences of their hard work
and effort easily. They have enjoyed counting how many spaces they have left
until they reach the end and are able to claim their reward. £7.55 seems a bit
overpriced to me. Especially as once it has been used or once the children have
gained their 20 stickers they have completed the chart, and in a reception
class where praise and reward is given frequently for some children this was
completed over just a few weeks. I would consider buying it but to be used to
target specific children with specific needs rather than the whole class reward
system. I would recommend for classes with children with specific needs. If the
product was cheaper and had more than 20 spaces then I would have awarded 5.
However it is a good product and I would consider buying it in the future. My class have enjoyed using this product and
visually being able to see their reward stickers mounting up. They have also
liked comparing who has been in the lead. I like that the chard is bold and appealing
to children but feel it is limited with only 20 stickers spaces for each child.
Maybe a reusable chart would be better value for money? Alternatively as I only
have 15 children in my class maybe an alternative could be to produce a
landscape version with less spaces for children and more spaces for stickers
for those teachers who have smaller classes. Also the children who had their
names in a yellow section found it difficult to see the spaces where they
should stick their stickers as it was quite light. Maybe a different colour or
darker yellow would be better. We have had fun using the product and thank you
for letting us test it. For some reason the children thought the black star
stickers were the best ones to have and were especially pleased if they got to
have one of those! Susie Betts – Teacher Reception Class – Age Group 4-5 Years

The
product is bright and colourful and looks easy to use. Packaging looks like a
sandwich bag. It does not protect the product from getting bent and damaged in
the post; however it does keep the product protected from getting wet. The
instructions were very straightforward and easy to follow. I think the quality
of the product was ok and the stickers provided were bright and colourful.
However, I did not feel that the product was worth 5 stars because it ripped
very easily. One of my children touched the product when they had wet hands and
they tore the bottom corner off. The children enjoyed collecting stickers and
it helped them with their maths skills as they enjoyed counting how many they
had and how many more they had than their friends. Teachers can create a reward
chart like this one for the cost of a sheet of paper and the ink used to print
it. Expensive for what you receive. If the product was £4 I would consider
buying it. Product was poor value for money, but did engage the children and
promote positive behaviour. After testing the product I felt that it was not
durable enough to last a term in a Primary school classroom. It did however
promote positive behaviour and healthy competition amongst the children. I also
felt that the name boxes needed to be larger so the children could see their
chart form anywhere within the classroom. Jemma Louise Williams – Teacher – Age
