This product looked lovely when it first arrived. The packaging was nice not over packaged. The size was a bit small, my son struggled because they were slightly too small for him.  He was still able to use them though; he has never used gloves before and enjoyed using them. They were perfect at protecting his hands and keeping them warm. They took a bit of getting used too. He did take them off while he was playing in the mud. Inside the gloves are as dirty as the outside now. The quality is excellent; they are very durable. They offer excellent value for money; I would buy more at this price. Plus my 2 year old wants a pair. I would recommend them to others. It’s a nice product, strong and would survive rough use of an active 5 year old! Rachel Ciftci –

I thought these looked fine. I was initially concerned that there was perishing between the fingers, but think it was just how the material looks. The bright colours, (blue, yellow and green) appealed to both my children. They did look pretty small, and was concerned they might not fitt.  They arrived in a cellophane bag. I hate overpackaging, and it was clear what they were, so packaging was fine by me! These are size medium, apparently for a 5-9 year old. My daughter can just fit her (normal 7-8 year old) hands in them, and the cuffs start on her hands. I’d say they were more 5-7 years tops. Thes hape is very good, especially on the fingers, which don’t bag or sag. Kitty was able to garden really well when wearing these gloves! She took on weeding, digging up roots and planting with no bother, even though there was still snow on the ground and it was freezing! They don’t appear to be lined, although the inside is very soft. Kitty says they kept her hands safe and toasty. The material on the palms has ‘gripping’ texture too.  My daughter loves them, and loved using them.  Generally the quality looked very good, but the logo was peeling off the back of one of them after one use, and there was some loose threads, cosmetic issues but made them look poorer quality than they are. These offer excellent value for money; very much so. They are a pair of cracking little gardening gloves.  I would consider buying these now but in a larger size. I would recommend them. They are ideal for little helpers in the garden. They are great gloves, protective and warm, and not cumbersome or awkward to wear. Kitty says "I found the gloves very protective, they kept me warm and the material of them made it very easy to pull up weeds. I would have liked them to have been a little longer”. These looked bright, eye-catching and looked well made. They were well packed and you could see what item was. The fingers were a little long on Caitlin but they fitted her hand well.  They worked fine and she was able to help her Dad in the garden.  They were worn in the snow to dig out drive and were perfect for the job.  She absolutely loved wearing these.  She would say "Gloves like mummy wears”.  It made her day.  The quality of these is excellent and they washed really well.  They are a great price and they do exactly what they are supposed to do.  I would consider buying these now and recommend them to others.  My daughter used the gloves to plant some bulbs and they kept her hands dry and warm and washed really well. She also wore them in the snow and again they kept her warm and allowed her to do most the tasks she wanted unlike wool gloves. Debbie Spenner – Caitlin 5 Years
