It looked premium and good quality. Looks very good and it is a brilliant idea. Instructions very easy to understand. The taste of all 3 of these shakes is beautiful and will buy again. I used the shakes in all 3 ways. Used as a drink, mixed with porridge and also added to yogurt. My favourite was as a drink. You can enjoy the full flavour of the drink. It kept hunger at bay and I did feel the benefits of the added vitamins. I also had more energy and felt better in myself too. I actually loved all 3 flavours. Each one is delicious. My mam and dad tasted them too and they both loved them. I loved how easy it is to mix and use. How smooth it is and how delicious it tastes too. A premium brand and high quality. This is very good value as you can use it in so many ways. You can see the benefits and enjoy the taste. I would buy these as easy to use and very enjoyable with added benefits. These shakes are enjoyable and I would highly recommend them. It is a great price. The taste is excellent and you can enjoy it in so many ways. The product comes in a packet of 5 in a box. They look premium and great quality. They are very tasty. I enjoy them as a shake, mixed with porridge or added to yogurt. They are very filling all 3 flavours are very tasty. I would suggest making a mixed box so people can taste all 3 flavours in 1 box. Then they can decide if they have a preference without having to buy a box of 5 of one variety. Looked really good – the box design is bright and catchy. The shake benefits stood out. The picture of the shake showed what it should like when made. I like the concept as it can be used as a shake or poured over cereal or yoghurt. Its high in protein with at least 20g in each shake. The flavours are really good too and not just 1 plain flavour. It’s in individual sachets so easy to measure how much you need. Instructions are clear with pictures of all the ways you can take the shake. They taste like a proper milkshake so it felt like a treat rather than something which is healthy for me. I mostly used them as a shake but I did try sprinkling them over my oats/yoghurt and they tasted fine and enhance the flavour of the food. I preferred the shake as it really filled me up. It gave me the protein I need whilst still being pretty low in calories. This really filled me up so I wasn’t peckish or grabbing snacks. I also felt it gave me a boost with more energy to continue my day. I felt more energetic and I had a boost. I was sent 3 flavours and Strawberry was my favourite as it tasted like a proper milkshake from the shops. Other members of the family tried these and they all said it tasted good as well. Easy to carry an individual sachet and can be made with water so easy to use when out and about too. Really good quality. It’s quite expensive to continue every day. I would buy these but couldn’t use long term due to the cost. I would recommend as they taste really good and are healthy and filling. Tastes really good like a milkshake. Flavours are enhanced in each pack and not just the standard vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. Easy to carry around if out and about. Healthy with good protein levels and no added sugar. I liked the sturdy packaging and the bright photos on the box. I did some research beforehand. I was intrigued as I’ve never heard of the brand before. Very bright clear packaging with clear instructions on how to use. Instruction well set out with diagrams and pictures. I’ve tried many shakes protein/diet etc. These shakes were lovely they were very tasty. I tried all the flavours and was impressed with taste and texture of them all. I used my shakes as intended just adding 200ml of water as a replacement for breakfast or a source of fuel before exercise. It give me a spring in my step. It was a great start to the day to have a shake and enrich my body. I felt vibrant and my body felt great no aches and pains. They give me a real spring in my step. My favourite flavour was the Chocolate Cacoa. I loved the convenience of using the shake and how nice they tasted. Great packaging and great tasting. Good quality and taste so much better than other established brands. I would buy these as they taste so nice and I felt so good whilst taking them. I would recommend because they taste really good and are good value. Where has Kendalife been all my life. The best shake I have tasted ever. Good value shake, Tastes delicious, very versatile can sprinkle on cereal, yoghurt. Looked forward to my morning shake. Claire Sweter-Millar
