It
has worked great for my skin as I normally only use fragrance free products. The
packaging is quite appealing and attractive it did catch my eye. The instructions are very clear and simple to
understand and follow. I think it is very convenient as I did not need to use
two different products. This is great
value for money. I would definitely
consider buying this product again. I have recommended this product to my
family and some have purchased it recently.
At first I found the fragrance of the product quite strong but then
gradually as I used it I didn’t notice it any more, I give full marks to this

Looked well-presented
and good quality. Simple instructions
and the cleanser had a really nice smell.
Packaging Simple and effective, the dispenser released just enough for
each use. I really liked the quality of the cleanser; it left my skin feeling
well moisturised, and generally much more refreshed. I don’t wear much makeup
but when I did, the cleanser removed it easily. It’s good quality; however
there are cheaper options on the market. I would recommend this cleanser to
family, as those who use cleansers would really like the quality. Very good
quality, I really noticed a difference in my skin and it made me feel refreshed

I thought the bottle of the cleanser was smart and well-shaped. It would easily fit into a makeup bag (e.g.
not too wide and not too long).
Packaging is however quite simple and does not look as expensive as
priced. As noted with the instructions below, it took some getting used to and
initially felt that I still wanted to use a face wash in the morning for that
"clean feeling”. I really liked the shape of the bottle and thought it was the
perfect size. It is quite simple, and if
I had paid around £20 for the product I would have liked it to look a little
fancier, as it would be a treat purchase, and the packaging at the moment does
not make it look special. Instructions are really simple, however, I am novice to cleansing products such as this (usually I use face wash) and with the first few uses
did not apply enough to my skin and tended to rub it in too much, which then
meant that it did not clear my make up as well and left my face a little
greasy. This was probably user error and
would be ok for current cleanser users, but it didn’t take too long for me to
figure out. After using for a couple of days, and getting used to the product,
I completely loved it. It slid off my
mascara with ease, I just had to slide the damp cloth over my face and it was
removed in about 2 strokes. It left my
skin silkily soft and it felt like I did not need to use my usual toner and
moisturiser after as this product alone left my skin feeling soft and clean,
and it did not dry my skin out like many products do. It was also quick to use,
which is handy for a busy mum. After using for a couple of days, and getting
used to the product, I completely loved it.

that worked well, and easily, but had a slightly larger budget. I suffer with
skin that can get very oily or dry depending on which product I use, and it is
particularly troublesome with all the pregnancy hormones I currently have. This product has been brilliant at keeping my
skin balanced and soft, but I have occasionally resorted to a face wash to
battle the occasional pregnancy spot. The price would put me off a little, but
I would certainly buy as a treat as a little luxury. This product took me
a couple of days to get used to, but once I had mastered how to apply (by not
rubbing too much, but gently applying to my skin like I would a mask), I could
not fault it. It is brilliant at removing
make up as you can see it literally dissolving the makeup away (I wear 24 hour
foundation also). I left my skin lovely
and soft, without the drying feeling that some products can. My only issues are that the colour of the
packaging does not make it look luxurious enough, which does not do justice to
the product, which has a luxury price tag. Natalie Hodges
