It arrived in lovely packaging. like the idea of this micellar water. The instructions are very clear and easy to read. so easy to use. Only have to wipe over face and no rinsing off required. I am always shocked at how dirty the cotton pad is after use. Works so well. I don’t wear much makeup but when I have it has removed it with ease. I found my face felt so fresh after each use. No signs of any irritation and I love the clean feeling I have after use. I used this every morning and most evenings before bed. I used this to clean my face when I got up in the morning and just before bed. no real improvement to my skin just felt clean and fresh after use. Being natural and organic is important as I don’t like too much plastic and I find my skin is better with natural organic products. the smell is pleasant but not overpowering which I prefer. I loved how easy this was to use and how much dirt it removes from my face and how fresh I feel after use. Cannot find anything I didn’t like about this product. it looks to be expensive but when you see how large the bottle is and how little you need I feel this is great value. I would buy this as it is the best micellar water I have ever used and don’t think I will use anything else from now on. I would recommend as it is such a brilliant product that works so well. I cannot find anything negative about this product. I really love it. arrived in a lovely box and is a great product. So easy to use and cleans the skin so well without a strong aroma and the skin feels so fresh and clean after use. Joanna List

It was carefully packaged. The bottle is quite large which makes it better value for money also. It sounds really natural and non-chemical based, and good for your skin without drying it out. Simple and clear instructions, useful to state it can be used on the eyes and lips area too. Super easy to use – no need to wash off and just need one cotton wool pad. this was effective for cleaning my face including removal of face and eye make up! This is very effective including removing eye makeup. This left my skin feeling clean and refreshed. I would use this every evening before going to sleep. I mainly use this for night time cleansing and removal of makeup. I did not see an improvement in my skin condition when using this. it’s important to not be using chemicals in my skincare routine as it’s kinder on my skin. I did like the aroma as it has a light fresh smell. I liked the freshness and cleanliness of my skin after use. great product that is easy to use and does the job well and made my skin feel good. the price point is a little high compared to others on the market, but the bottle is large and will last a really long time which shows good value for money. I really liked the product and would use again. I would recommend as it makes your skin feel well cleansed and fresh. I thought the cleansing water was really refreshing and lovely to use! I will be continuing to use the cleansing water every day to help cleanse my face before bedtime and to feel fresh before going to sleep! Phillipa Hunt

Nice packaging and nice coloured product. This is quite similar to another product I have used BioDerma. Instructions simple and clear.  Very easy to use. This worked well when removing oily residue and daily grime from my face. This did remove a majority of makeup.  This worked well for me as I have sensitive skin and left skin feeling nice and did not cause irritation. I would use this once a day.  I mainly used this for daily cleansing. I really did not see any change or improvement in my skin while using this. It is very important to me I buy natural organic products as I have very sensitive skin. The aroma was a nice fresh, clean smell. I liked the lack of irritation and the smell. Very good quality. This is very good value compared to competitors. I would buy this due to it being compatible with sensitive skin like mine. I would recommend as good value for money and does the job. Nice packaging and product is a lovely colour. Good value for money and not irritant to sensitive skin. Did a good job of removing make up. Joanne Maguire
