Looks fresh, compact and informative.  The website is clean and easy to use with lots of information. The selection of products are great as well as the products themselves, I  am looking forward to using this site for christmas presents and myself.   Good size easy to handle. All the information on the front is  good it makes you want to read about the product however most consumers are busy when shopping and wont have the time to read it all I think a photo of green grass or a baby would encourge me to pick the product up for the first time.  Clear easy to follow instructions on packaging.  Packaging is Fresh,clean, compact and recyclable.  Easy pour liquid and only need a small amount.  This detergent is very good quality.   My laundry was fresher than I expected.  Due to the smell of the detergent before washing, I was concerned by the strong glue like odor but when the wash was over the laundry was smelling very fresh.  This worked really well and certainly cleaned effectively.  Also this detergent never caused any skin irritation.   Good value for money and will be purchasing more in the future.  Washes well, gets everything clean, smelling fresh and comes in compact & informative bottle which is easy to use.  Kelly Kelbie – Lex Aged 1 Year 8 Months

I like the bottle as its easy to pick up.  It smelt nice when I opened the bottle.  This is not he easiest site to navigate around but a good choice of products.  The bottle is easy to pick up and hold thanks to the ribbed effect on the sides. However I have had to mark this down as there is no measuring cup and I had to use my bread maker measuring cup!!  The instructions were a little lost on the bottle as there was a lot of writing.  The bottle size held a good amount of detergent.   I dont think it cleaned the harder stains very well.  Some of my daughters clothes that normally come clean were left with stains.  After washing our items I did notice it left our washing smelling really nice.   I didn’t notice any skin problems when using this product.  Personally I feel this is a very expensive item for what it is.  a reasonable detergent but let down by lack of tough cleaning power.  Amy Russell – Lucy Aged 2 Years
