When I
initially saw it I wasn’t sure how my children would react to it. On first
glance you’d think they were just chunky felt tip pens. And initially I
thought, hmm, I’m not sure I rate this product. But that changed. Packaging is
nice and bright. It does the job. Instructions are simple but clear. Good
quality – and last well. My almost 2 year old daughter wishes to ‘paint’ every
day with them and likes to scribble for long periods. Still a lot of each stick
left. Very easy to use. And the chunky nature of the pens meant my 22 month old
could fairly easily open the tops and put the tops back on and could handle
them well. It is more ££s than just normal kids paint, but of course you don’t
need all the brushes etc. too – so yes I would pay the £7.95 for 12 again. Plus
you get a multitude of colours for £7.95. I would buy these. So much easier than getting pots and brushes
and all sorts of paraphernalia out and my children do consider it ‘painting’ versus
just drawing which was my initial concern when I first saw the paint pens? I
would recommend now – had I asked you on first go, I would have probably said
no but they have been used well. And I would consider expanding the collection.
To begin with I didn’t want to let on that you could use on windows as worried
that might lead to drawing on the walls, but my 4 year old saw the instructions
and wanted to try so we did. He loved doing this and it was not messy and easy
to clear up. With a cloth and a swoosh of window cleaner. I think I would
consider using the paints to make window displays for special occasions, e.g.
birthday’s Halloween, Christmas and so on. There is no mess or fuss with these
– my little girl can shout "PAINT” and within 30 seconds she can be happily
painting away – it has certainly made me more open to letting her create when it’s
so hassle free. Normally I’d say – oh we’ll do it later when we have more time
but now I don’t need to do that. And the kids both seem to see these sticks as
proper painting. Initially I thought – well it’s just like using pencils or
pens but they consider it to be real painting and have seen that you can water
down the colours easily and without any fuss (my daughter has even used baby
wipes to do blending – accidently at first!). Also, I could stick these in a
bag and take them away on holiday easily which would be handy. The paint is
also really quick drying even with a little bit of water which is great – with
normal paint and brushes sometimes art work can take hours to dry! Also less likely to go on clothes so I’m not
so frantic about the kids wearing painting bibs when creating artwork with the
pens. Kelda McMichael – Naylan & Romy 4 Years & 22 Months

Looks very
colourful. Quite Bulky but reasonable sized. Packaging very colourful. Feels
quite bulky and long. Might be better in a square shape or to make it more
appealing to youngsters for there to be a different shape such as a hexagon. The
item is pretty easy to use and self-explanatory, however the instructions were
there and short and to the point. Very good quality, my son used this on cardboard,
paper and canvas and it held really well. Great pigmentation and no mess! Really
easy to use, once the lids off it’s just like a pencil except its paint. My 4
year old son did not struggle at all with using the product. The product is reasonable.
It is like purchasing 12 bottles of paint which would costs more. I definitely would buy these as they are mess
free and gets the job done. Already have
recommended. Really good product which
all the family enjoyed using. The pens are a good size and can be held and
rolled up for more use. The pigmentation is great. The price is brilliant. Nadia

Looked
colourful, inviting and my children could not wait to get their hands on
them. Packaging is bright and eye
catching and you can clearly see what the product is. Instructions very easy to
follow. What a great idea they can paint and no mess. I must admit very impressed. These are just
so easy to use. Flip the lid and away
they go. Easy to hold, easy to wipe
hands clean. They can paint on anything
and my two just had a ball. These are
easy to pack away and they have come to Granny and grandpas with us and will be
in our suitcase for our Easter Holiday.
I was a bit wary of them being able to paint on the window but they got
creative and wiped off with ease. I am
just so amazed at how easy, safe and mess free these are. Brilliant value for money no paint pots, not
water pots, no brushes to clean amazing.
I will be purchasing more as my children adore them. Great idea for gift too. Quality is brilliant and the ones we have are
still going strong. My sister is a
nursery school teacher and told her to get some as the children would love
them. Everything about these paint
sticks is superb. Recommending to
everyone and will definitely be buying more.
They have kept my children entertained, happy and helped with just being
children and having fun being creative.
We all loved them. Jeanette
