Looked fun, nice front cover. The front cover looked inviting and fun. He did enjoy the story. He did relate to the situation Maggie was in regarding her lying cousin. It did relay how being truthful is beneficial and we had a good discussion about it. The illustrations do bring the story to life. My son read the book once. He really liked the pictures portrayed in the book. I liked the underlying story. The quality of the illustrations are very good. I think the age suitability is good, but a parent of a 5 year old would have to read the story to them. The book is very good quality. This is good value for money. I would buy this as a good story with good morals. I would recommend for the same reason. Lovely story, good quality and teaches good morals. This is a lovely little book, not too long and has a good moral which gets you talking about how telling lies just gets you into more trouble. Hannah Gregory – Billy 7 Years

Cute cover and nice bright cover. Although book would probably be better for girls, my son didn’t mind reading it. He likes the size and colour of the book. He did enjoy the story as interesting story with lots to learn from it. He did relate to the situation Maggie was in regarding her lying cousin. He also couldn’t understand why would anyone want to lie so much. This did help him realise how being truthful is beneficial. He doesn’t like when people lie. He always tries to tell truth even if it meant that it could hurt someone’s feeling. The illustrations did bring the story to life but it would have been even better if there were more pictures. This was read every night until he finished it. He started reading it again. He loves reading before bedtime. Book taught him to always tell the truth and never lie. It helps kids to realise that lies can only get them into trouble. I liked the whole book from cover and story to the length of the book. The quality of the illustrations are lovely. The age suitability is ideal as kids need to be certain age to understand the point of this book. Great quality. Nice thick paper cover. Ver good value for money. I would buy this book as it can teach kids a lot. I would recommend as I like the story and I am sure other kids would like it as much as my kids do. I have nothing bad to say about this book. Looked like a fun read! The front cover was inviting and my daughter smiled when I presented it to her. The story was good. My daughter understood the message it portrayed. Definitely helped her realise how being truthful is beneficial. She retold the story message with a firm understanding. The illustrations did bring the story to life. This was ready every night at bedtime. My daughter loved the engaging illustrations. I also liked the illustrations, as it always creates a better understanding in my option. The illustrations are good. It was my 10 year old daughter who read this book. She enjoyed it but found it quite ‘young’. We now intend to read it with my 6 year old son. A good quality book. Reasonably priced. I would not buy this book but I would buy other books in the series. I would recommend as it was an enjoyable read. It was both engaging and enjoyable and I look forward to reading it aloud to my son. Clair Lumsley – Elsy 10 Years
