The product had a lovely aroma as I opened the box, so I immediately liked this product. I liked the natural design and overall the packaging gave me the impression I wanted to open the tin and explore more, so for me the packaging was appealing. Instructions very easy to understand and concise, however I felt that the directions could have been put in a slightly larger type font, to make them easier to read.The facial mask mixed well and easily. I really liked the soothing yet toned feeling that this facial mask gave me. After regular use my skin definitely felt more hydrated and it seemed to minimise my pores slightly. I really liked these, especially the fruit extracts. I felt the quality was very good and liked the fact that it was handmade in small batches, to retain freshness. I particularly liked the natural
ingredients and the fact that it was quick and easy to use. Taking into account all the lovely natural ingredients in this product, I felt it offered fantastic value for money. I will definitely be adding this product to my beauty box collection. I would recommend this to friends and family as it was quick and easy to use and gave very good results. I felt that this product offered great value for money, a very small price to pay for a little slice of luxury spa heaven! There were so many things that I liked about the Mary Jean Normal Skin Facial Mask, especially the fact that it is handmade, natural and contained wonderful fruit extracts. My skin felt smoother and it was quick to use meaning that I can easily incorporate it into my regular beauty regime and as mentioned above with the economic price means that it is a very small price to pay for a little slice of luxury spa heaven. This arrived in a lovely neat little glass jar with screw top lid. Very handy to keep in bathroom and ideal to pop in travel bag. Packaging neat and simplistic but loved it. Instructions are on the jar itself and very easy to follow, just personally would have liked them to be in larger type. This was so easy to use just add water to get the consistency you want and then apply to face. This has been one of the best face masks I have used. Applied well, tightened and when rinsed off clearly felt my skin was toned, cleaner and also my skin felt so soft. I have been using this once a week and it has made my skin feel wonderful. Still cannot get over just how soft my face is to the touch and also helps your skin feel so clean. I really loved the natural ingredients and the fact it came in a powder. Still lots left to use. Quality is excellent. I really liked the fact it was a powder and all fresh ingredients and how effective it was. This is really good value as I still have a lot left in the jar and it is an amazing facial treatment. I have tried a whole variety of face masks in the past and this is by far the best so yes will be purchasing more once this jar has run out. I have already been recommending to friends and family. A lovely gentle face mask, full of wonderful natural ingredients and so easy to apply with brilliant results. Jeanette Potter

I was surprised the product was in a jar rather than a tube. I liked the fact that the packaging can be easily recycled as glass, but at the same time disappointed that it wasn’t in a tube as I would find this more practical and easy to use. I also felt that the jar was over-filled as a fair bit spilled out on opening it. The instructions were easy to follow but not very clear as to how much water should be added so I had to use my own judgment. I really disliked the fact that this product isn’t ready made. The fact that you have to weigh out the ingredients and mix it to what you think is the right consistency is highly impractical for someone with limited time for skincare. My skin felt clean after using it. After using this on a regular basis I felt that my skin was visibly clearer, it cleanses quite deeply. I liked the fact that the ingredients were natural but found the consistency quite sticky and it had an odd smell, a bit like Horlicks! I didn’t mind this though. I didn’t have any concerns about the quality of this product. The best thing about this product is that is cleanses really deeply and leave pores visibly clearer. Good for blackheads. I would say this product does offer value for money as a little bit goes a long way. After using this I would buy it on account of the visible results. I would recommend this product as it offers value for money with effective results. This product is natural and effective. It is environmentally friendly but it takes a little time to prepare so I would say it is less suitable for people with limited time and more of an indulgent product. Elaine Kalo
