The
design was simple and the cup was the right size for a child. Holly loved it at
first sight. This arrived well packaged
and very well protected. The website is
well set out and ordering looks easy. The size guide is easy to understand and
follow. I was unable to find mug care instructions on the site. The mug was of
a good quality and the design print was lovely and clear. I think that this was
worth the value for design and quality of china. I think these would make lovely birthday
presents and made extra special by personalisation. I would purchase more and
most definitely recommend. My Overall
experience was excellent the product was sent out in good packaging with a
friendly welcoming note. The mug has
washed well in the dish washer and has with stood heavy handling from a child. Sarah

Good
size for a 6 year old, light weight and visually appealing. It came in a very
plain box but fit for purpose. The website
was very user friendly and easy to order mug, correct size and design. The quality is excellent. This is a good price for a high quality
designer china mug. I would be interested in purchasing more and
would like to see more "girlie” designs available. I would recommend as these make a lovely
special gift. Perfect for my six
year old daughter. She uses it every
night to have warm milk in. I chose the Roald
Dahl BFG Mug and she has just started reading his books so she can relate to

It
looked lovely. The pictures were high
quality. My daughter was doing Dinosaurs
for her topic at school so she was excited to name as many as she could. The
mug was well packaged which kept it safe during delivery. The website is easy
to navigate and order from. The mug size
guide is easy to understand. Although
care of the mug is self-explanatory I had to hunt for the care instructions on
the website. I could only find them in
the About Us section. Perhaps they could
be added to the description of each mug. I was pleased with the quality of the
mug. The pictures were high quality and
the mug too. The mugs are a bit expensive but they make a great gift with
plenty of designs to choose from. I would purchase this as a gift and would
certainly recommend. The mug is great
quality and the design on the mug I received looked great. I didn’t give it 5 stars though because of
the price. My daughter loved the pictures of the dinosaurs
on the mug we received and wanted to use it straight away, every drink had to
be in the dinosaur mug. The only problem
