Looks as expected, nice bottle, smells
nice. Looks as I would expect a product of this nature to look. The
instructions are okay. They give the basics but don’t go into great detail like
how much you should use for a task etc. For what it is, having used nothing
similar before, it seems fine quality. Trying to dispense the product was not
as simple as it would appear to be. The pump dispenser would often shoot it
over the cotton pad and id end up clearing up afterwards. it was effective but
not really any more effective than soap and water, apart from the drying
aspect. Again, it was effective but water on cotton wool would have achieved the
same effect. For the amount you get it is worth the price. I am happy sticking
to a couple of wipes. Once babies get to the wriggly stage then cotton wool
etc. becomes a bit too difficult. I would recommend for new babies if they are
using cotton wool for nappy changes. The product has a nice smell and has been
nice to use on baby’s face to help his skin. Trying to use it during nappy
changes was not so successful as the pump was difficult to use one handed.Jillian Forsyth-Baker – Noah 2 Months

Couldn’t
quite work out why I would need this? But looked good and quite upmarket. Looks
professional and a high quality bottle. Not that clear what it actually is
especially as it’s a new item for us Mum’s. Clear leaflet which details other
products too. Again I just was a bit like, what is this for? Good quality
packaging and smells nice. Average, I squirted it on and it kind of ran off on
the mat….personally a flannel and water work just as well. Was good to squirt
on a flannel and use on hands after eating – but I found myself forgetting to
use it and just used wet wipes. I did not want to use this for nappy change as
he had nappy rash and I felt water was more effective. For me not the ideal
product but I am sure it would appeal to some parents. I just feel this product
is a little unnecessary and I’m not sure what the point of this is/what the
benefit is? Like I said it looks good,
smells nice and was good to use on hands but not something every Mum needs.Ellie Glew – Rufus 5 Months

Looks like a generic bottle of
moisturising product. Nice design. Whilst it looks like a nice bottle of
moisturiser, there’s no real indication of what the product is just by glance.
It states in small writing that is almost the same colour as the packaging what
it is for, so without standing for a while and having a good read, it’s hard to
know what it’s to be used for, however the packaging does look nice. It smells
lovely and fresh, and once applying to a reusable wipe; it was soft on the skin
and left no marks or rash. The product came in 2 sizes. The larger had a pump
on the lid so it was easier to squirt the solution out, however the smaller one
was a screw too and no control over the solution when you go to pour out, so in
reality when using the small bottle, it didn’t last long at all as we poured
out way too much. This design feature is no good if you’ve got a fussy baby and
only have one hand available to apply. Whilst dirt and food did not come off
immediately, after a couple of wipes baby’s hands and face were no longer
sticky or had food on them, so we’re just as effective as baby wipes really.
Again, yes it was effective at cleaning the nappy area but it did take a couple
of wipes – just like a standard baby wipe would. Against standard baby wipes,
if cost was the main factor for trying this product, I personally don’t think
it would be worth it as baby wipes are much cheaper and just all round easier
to use. If you do not use baby wipes and prefer solution based liquid and
reusable wipes, then yes I would say its value for money. Much easier to buy a
pack of baby wipes as they are just more convenient and easy to use without the
faffing. If somebody didn’t use baby wipes and only used solution based
products and reusable wipes, yes I would recommend. I wouldn’t recommend if
someone was looking for something easier to use. Had an OK experience. Was a
bit faffy to use and definitely requires two hands, which mums do not always
have when changing a baby so could sometimes be a bit difficult. Felt lovely
and soft on the skin and did smell nice. However for us, baby wipes would just
be easier. Carla Townsend – Imogen & Joey – 3 & 1 Year
