My
initial impression of this house was that it looked sturdy, low maintenance and
a good size. The packaging was as I would expect-an appropriate size, secure
enough to hold the large contents but not excessive. The instructions were easy
to follow. They clearly showed each piece and used drawings to show what should
attach where. The instructions are set out in small stages and made complete
sense. I built the house by myself and it took me about 40 minutes. I am very
happy with the quality of the product. It is sturdy, stands upright and sits
flat on the floor. It has survived a number of children in it at any one time
and coped well with some heavy handed use of the door and windows! It is easily
wiped clean which is a must for garden furniture which is left outside in all
weathers. I feel that that due to the size and quality of this product it is
good value for money. It is a product that is used continuously in my garden
and I feel confident that it is going to withstand heavy usage. Having used
this product I would not hesitate in buying it. It is quick and easy to
construct and easy to maintain. I would
recommend this house to any family or friends looking to purchase one. Overall
I would rate this product 5/5 without hesitation. It is a good size so will
remain suitable for my son even as he grows. It is sturdy and as it is
constructed of only a few parts held together by nuts and bolts it can easily
be maintained by just tightening the bolts every now and then if needed. I am
particularly happy that there is an opening to the house on each of the sides
(1 door and 3 windows) so that when there are a few children playing in there
they can always been seen! I think the style of the house is modern and suits

At first we thought it would have been a lot of money for
the house but once we built it up and saw how secure and sturdy the house was its
perfect. Packaging was spot on and product was secure. Instructions Easy to follow, concise and
designed to make for an easy assemble.
High quality feel and very sturdy once it has been assembled. This is definitely good value for money. I would consider purchasing this as you can
see where your money has gone. I would
definitely recommend. This is perfect and
my girls just love it. My girls have had
great pleasure and fun playing with the modern house. It is a nice sturdy and secure
house and they are no worries for me to let the girls play in and out of the

We were instantly impressed with the
different colours and its size, my daughter has plenty of room to play in the
house with her friends and toys. The packaging was well sealed and still
completely intact when delivered.My partner and daughter built the house
with only a glimpse of the instructions was very easy to assemble.The
overall product was very good though I find its a little light so when it is windy
it has moved across our patio and the doors and windows slam open and shut.
When the product was unpacked we found there was a scratch around 5 inches long
and 3 inches wide on the roof. I feel the price is a little high for the product
though it is a good size the lightness of it and not having anything to secure
the doors and windows let it down. I
would not consider purchasing this as I could purchase another play house that
is cheaper and more sturdy though probably wouldn’t be as big.We were
very pleased with the house but if we had paid £149.99 for it I would of been a
little disappointed with how light it is causing it to blow around our patio
