They looked great, well-made and seem durable. I love that they are a good way to make kids think they are getting a packaged product whilst giving them healthy food. I also like that I can put some of my son’s favourite food that are only sold in large boxes or bags into them. It seemed a great practical and reusable solution for storing my sons’ snacks, eliminating the need for constant repurchasing of disposable packaging. I loved the design of these delightful little bags. My son loved them. It’s great way to teach the kids to reuse too. My son loved the Monster Collection design; it’s a fun design and pattern. The monster design was helpful for encouraging my child to choose what he would like in his pack lunch for pre-school. I think Monster Collection Design is perfect and suitable for my sons age range. However, possibly the design wouldn’t be appropriate for older child. Offering different designs would be great. There is writing on the bags which are very clearly written to not throw away which really helped when sending these in a pre-school lunchbox! I did find these easy to fill. We tried most food in these different bags. We personally wouldn’t use them for food with lots of sauce, despite them being dishwasher friendly, they are not the easiest to clean and dry. I personally would only use these bags for dried goods such as crackers, biscuits, crisps, rice cakes, popcorn, or a sandwich, pitta, wraps etc, nothing too messy. I liked that there is different size bags depending on what you are going to put in them, the smaller size bags were perfect for holding smaller treats like carrot sticks, grapes, or mini breadsticks, while the bit bigger size bags were a perfect reusable sandwich bag or larger snacks. Having these in various sizes in the pack offered flexibility, ensuring that we had the right-sized bag for any snack-packing occasion. This was definitely beneficial there is quite a few times if we are out somewhere and my son is eating, he won’t eat all in one sitting, especially if we at the park or somewhere he can run off and play, so being able to stand the bag up on its own on the grass, picnic bench this worked really well and he could come back and forth to grab the snacks/food from it as he wished. The zip closure sealed effectively and keep the food fresh. There was a couple of times I did have to run my finger over the seal to make sure it was fully closed. We mainly filled these bags with crackers, biscuits, dried goods like this from larger size bags and boxes. We used these bags most days throughout the summer for days out, picnics, park visits and just for general snacks when out and about with my toddler. They great for space saving when you already got so much to take on a day out and not having to lug bulky plastic Tupperware. Mainly used for dried goods that we have in the cupboard such as rice cakes, crisps, nuts, crackers etc. These are perfect for trips out and to take away on holiday with you. Especially on holiday they are small and discreet enough to pop in your bag and take to the breakfast buffet to fill up for the rest of the day. Or even got the parents to use storing tea bags, coffee etc for their room on holiday. They are so handy for all the family. My son loved that he could have some of his favourite snacks that are usually only snacks he generally has at home that he can now have out and about. I liked that these bags/pouches are not bulky like Tupperware and lunch boxes, so they fit in a bag easily. I also like that it was a good way to reduce the use of cling film. It makes me feel better that I am making a sustainable choice that reduces your environmental footprint. The downside I found them hard to clean and dry. Even though the bag expands they are still tricky to wash properly and even more difficult to thoroughly dry throughout. We avoided putting anything too messy in these bags because of this. Good value given the fact you can use repeatedly they are good value for money. They are essentially an expensive zip lock bag, but they do seem more durable so would probably last longer over time plus children find the design fun which makes them eat from them. They seem very durable, the plastic seems a thick plastic that will last and the seal is good. I would consider buying more but I would still only put non messy food items in them because of the cleaning/drying aspect. I would recommend them to friend and family because they are not as bulky as lunchboxes and plastic containers. They can also save parents money by being able to decant bigger boxes/package snacks into them. I loved the concept, the design, but unfortunately, I cannot rate 5/5 because they were just so tricky to clean and dry properly with messy food. Cool bright colours that will attract my little one. Loved the monsters theme- unsure if other themes are done too but would be cool to do others as well such as unicorns or fish theme etc. She liked the bright colours and that you could see the food inside. I can’t recall any instructions coming with the bag per se, but it is all self-explanatory as there are some icons on the side of it, implying that it can be frozen etc. They are easy to fill once you open them out fully at the bottom. I think it would have to be a pretty thin sandwich to fit it in, and to have fruit in it would mean that it would be at risk of leaking as they were not totally water tight, in a changing bag (pressure of other items forced it open). Also in the hot weather, fruit wilted. However I used it for dry things like rice cakes, raisins and other foods similar in that respect. I found it beneficial to fit more food in yes. My toddler isn’t really of an age where she can play and eat at the same time just yet- she does one or the other- so not able to comment on that side. I did find the zip closure opened when in a packed bag. We used these for Rice cakes, raising, small biscuits and dried fruits. Used these every day. Just used these for smacks not meals. They are good to take on holiday, however if going on holiday I probably wouldn’t use as much, as its not temperature controlled, so food goes warm. My daughter liked the bright colours. I like the colours etc but also the name tag, which will be handy when she goes to nursery/school. Easy design to clean. I agree their value for money and are reusable, however I think for a toddler, I probably wouldn’t have bought these of my own accord, as she isn’t hugely into the container in which the food comes in just yet, but I think when she’s 3 and in nursery, and eating around other children’s lunch box meals, she will love them- she’s only 14 months and at childminders where they all have the same meal cooked by them, currently. If the zip could be made totally sealable with pressure from other things in a bag, then it would be 5/5. I would buy these when she is older. I would recommend for 3+ year olds, as it’s a cool little bag for them, but also has functionality behind it! If it could be totally sealed and a way of making it like a cool bag, that would be great, then it could be used all year round, and fruit put in etc. I have made my suggestions and experience within the comments above. These looked fun and my son loved the monster designs. Design is bright, colourful, good size and appealing to children. Plus you can reuse them. The Monster design was a hit with my son. Very easy to use. Very easy to fill, but we did not use anything with sauce, fluid as they are best for dried food. The snack bags were a good size but the sandwich bag we found was not right size for his sandwiches. We tend to make up pretty chunky sandwiches for Davey and they just did not fit. If they offered other sizes we would purchase a larger one. I did like the way the bag expands and would stand on its own as made it easier for Davey to put on table and access snacks. The zip closure was good as allowed us to seal and access again if not all snacks eaten. We did try fruit in the pouches but preferred to use dried food snacks. We would use these for snack bars and dried food snacks. We used these daily as used to put snacks in bag for Nursery. Put crackers, crisps, nuts, fruit bars, cakes and some chocolate treats. I would not use these for packed lunches as cannot hold what I need to put in for a good packed lunch. However they are great to take out on the go, and perfect for holidays as easily takes snacks with you and ready to eat when needed. I liked the design and the fact they are easy to pop in your bag for snacks on the go. They were OK to clean but sometimes found food bits stuck at the bottom. Oh yes very good value as you get a pack of 4 with designs that appeal to children. Good quality, easy to use and very handy when out and about. I would buy these as a gift. I would recommend as they are very useful when travelling with the family. Ideal for dried snacks and easy to pop in your bag. Great for days out and good you can reseal them too.
