Numberblocks Counting Puzzle Set

This first Numberblocks Counting Puzzle Set helps little ones learn counting 1–20 through fun puzzle play. As children assemble the chunky, durable puzzle pieces, they’ll be counting the Numberblocks and Numberblobs, identifying each Numberblock’s Numberling, and building colour recognition and fine motor skills along the way. Each clever self-correcting Numberblocks puzzle fits together in a unique way, which means there’s only one right answer. This gives little ones a feeling of achievement as they solve the puzzles themselves.

I recognised the brand clearly and my child did too. I liked the concept, simple product but with Numberblocks it had a nice learning element to play. Instructions clear. Jack found this very easy to play with. My child got started right away and we discussed the colours and numbers. He is a Numberblocks fand and it definitely helped him interact. This did help him with counting. He used the images and then the colours and numbers to help match the puzzle pieces. This helped him with counting, colour recognition and fine motor skills. He did not feel forced to play with this and would ask to play the game. He just matched the pieces without discussing the numbers and enjoyed it as a puzzle. This did keep him entertained and I would look to purchase this as a gift. My son did enjoy completing the puzzles. His older sister who is 8 would play and make him pick the correct pieces to link the images and numbers. This did keep him entertained as he enjoys puzzles. He would play with this a couple of times each week. My son liked the imagery of Numberblocks. I liked this came in well-made box that kept the pieces secure. Easy to play and not complex. I agree the age suitability is ideal. This is definitely a good educational game. The box and pieces seemed very durable. It would be better if under £10 from a gifting point of view. I would buy this as it is easy to play, fun and educational. I would recommend for the same reasons. I really enjoyed it as did my son. As stated above I liked the imagery and learning element of Numberblocks. It was easy to use, the box and pieces were durable and it kept my son entertained. He could handle the pieces easily and slot them together well, the fact they were unique pieces ensured he learnt about matching. Catherine Egleton – Jack 4 Years

Lovely, smart nice sized box. I think it is a nice idea. Instructions clear and easy to follow. My son enjoyed matching and found it an enjoyable activity. Since the game has arrived he has asked to watch the TV series more. We would often do the puzzle and then watch the programme or vice versa. This has helped him secure his numbers. He was able to practice counting, colour recognition and motor skills while enjoying the game. He did enjoy completing the puzzles. He is aware of his numbers up to 20 anyway so this helped practice more. It kept him busy each time we played with it, sometimes independently sometimes with myself. He would eel very proud of himself when completing a puzzle. He enjoyed playing it with his big sister although she would just encourage him to play it as it was too easy for her. This certainly kept my son entertained. This has been played several times a week. More so Friday-Sunday as that’s when he wasn’t at nursery. He loved the chunky, durable puzzle pieces and how they fit together. I like the fact it is multifunctional. It develops lots of skills: counting up to 20, identifying numerberlings, colour recognition and fine motor in a fun familiar way. I would say that it is suitable from 3years. My son is 4.5 years and it felt he already has these numbers secured ready for starting school. It did help him practice the bigger numbers though so 11-20 more so. Absolutely a great game to have in nurseries and schools. Another way of teaching vital skills. Good quality, chunky and durable pieces. I think at £12.50 it is a reasonably priced, valuable learning resource which can be used again and again. I would buy this for all reasons above. I would also recommend for the same reasons. The resource is accessible from 3yr up and does exactly what it’s designed to do. This is a fun, child friendly learning resource which makes numbers and colours interesting and exciting. Its brand means it’s familiar and recognised by children and adults so it stands out instantly and is more appealing. It meets the expectation if not exceeds it!

Nicely boxed, really colourful and well packaged. Lovely concept, it’s colourful and fun but educational as well. Fairly simplistic and easy to follow instructions. My daughter did find this easy to play, it seemed perfect for a 4 year old. She loves the Numberblocks show and recognised it straight away. This did help here with counting. She could count to 15 already but this definitely helped her get to the 20 mark. It was so educational in such a fun way. Mabel did feel proud when completed the puzzles. She was always happy and proud when she gets one correct. She enjoyed this game and definitely kept her entertained. My daughter was always very happy when getting it right. My daughter played this with her younger sister a lot. She was entertained by the colours and the fact that it’s Numberblocks. She still plays with this most days. My daughter loved the fact it was Numberblocks. I liked the fact it was educational as well as fun. I feel the age suitability is ideal and my 2 year old really enjoyed this too. This game would be brilliant for preschools in the run up to reception! Great quality, even the box is still one piece. The quality makes it worth the price. I would buy this as a gift for other children in my family. I would recommend because it is educational and fun. Great quality, good price, fun and educational. This was a really fun experience for both my 4 and 2 year old, it’s colourful and educational as well as having fun characters on it. Also a great price. Isabel Tomlin – Mabel 4 Years
