Packaging looks simple but appealing. Smells delicious. Simple and effective. Clear and concise. The pump mechanism has a bit of a mind of its own and rarely squirts straight! Aside from that, I can’t fault the packaging. Instructions clear and precise. Feels lovely, smells delicious, foams quickly which is quite rare for products free from SLS. It is a little on the pricey side I think, but since my children have sensitive skin, it’s something which I would buy again as I can see they haven’t reacted to it. I would recommend because the smell and quality of the product is brilliant. Both of my children suffer with dry skin/Eczema, and neither of them has had any kind of a reaction using this product- which is brilliant. Neither of them cried when it went in their eyes either so I’m assuming it’s mild enough that it doesn’t sting either! Lisa Hannington Collins – Oakley & Bluebell – 3 Years & 9 Months

Bottle looks nice, nice that it has a story of its creation, looks pricey, but also has an eco-friendly look about it. Packaging clear, easy to read. Container is sturdy, although the pump nozzle clogged very easily. Instructions very easy to follow. Smells nice, lathers well. It’s nice to know that it’s natural, and not full of unnecessary chemicals. My baby did accidently get some suds in his eyes which caused a little upset. Unfortunately my daughter has severe patches of eczema and using this product didn’t seem to make any difference. Maybe for less severe skin irritation it may make a difference. Difficult to tell really. It is expensive and showed no signs of improving the eczema patches (although didn’t make them worse or irritate). A massive positive for me is that it is natural and organic. I’m sure a lot of my friends would like something which is not full of chemicals to use on their children. The scent was pleasant, although my daughter (4 year old) complained it smelt funny, I suppose the smell is more suitable for an adult. Nice to use, didn’t encourage skin irritation although it didn’t appear to make any noticeable improvements to eczema. Fantastic that it is a natural product, very hard to come by. My initial impression of the product was that the label was very busy but I liked what I did read with the natural ingredients as both my children have eczema and couldn’t wait to try out this product to see if this would help their skin. The product looked ok, it is plain and simple to give that recycled/organic feel but it wouldn’t stand out on the shelf for me. It had too much text on the label. The instructions were plain and simple to follow. It smelt lovely and felt soothing and gentle to their skin when I rubbed it in but the consistency was too thin and I had to, pump a shot of the product a few times during my baby’s bath time as it doesn’t lather up and go far. My 5 month old
baby is prone to eczema and I didn’t notice any difference to his skin but it didn’t cause any irritancy to him either. I also used it on my 3 year old with the same effect. I had to use a lot of product in one wash so the bottle got used up quite quickly. At £10.50 a bottle I would like it to last a lot longer. I wouldn’t buy it again even though it is a nice product as I didn’t notice any improvement to my baby’s skin so I will continue to use my usual cheaper brand of baby hair and body wash which does the same job. I would recommend it to any parent to try if their child has eczema prone skin because what might not work totally for me it may for others, The product was gentle on their skin but we had to use quite a bit of it in one bath session as it is very thin and doesn’t lather up which makes me feel they aren’t getting washed properly. It didn’t improve my children’s, skin in anyway but it didn’t make it worse either. Stephanie Hull – Alfie 5 Months
