Odylique Lipstick – Rose Parfait Reviews

It’s a very nice colour – packaging is very grown up. Packaging a little boring, very natural. It’s a very nice colour, smells
a bit funny, and feels nice and thick very moisturising. I think £18 for a lipstick is Very expensive and probably wouldn’t buy it for that much but I am sure there are people who would as the organic aspect would be very important to them. I would recommend to those who want and organic, natural lipstick. It’s a very nice lipstick, feels nice on, smells a bit odd and is very expensive for a colour that isn’t particularly special but it is very nice for a special treat. Jodie Dyer

I wasn’t really blown away by it to be honest; the packaging is a little bland. Packaging was OK, perhaps a little dull; it wouldn’t have grabbed me in a shop? Seems OK felt nice and creamy, didn’t cake and faded rather than cracking etc. but found it did not last that long before needing to reapply. It was OK but I think the price is a bit high. It was a nice colour, didn’t last too long so wouldn’t pay the RRP, like that it is soil association, Fairtrade and organic ingredients etc. and would pay more for that but I feel the price is a little steep for a lipstick. Good concept, nice shade, smart tube. Standard packaging for a lipstick, nice cardboard box, and tube was not too big, perfect for slipping into a handbag. I found the lipstick quite drying to use, and a strong smell that caught at the back of the throat which was quite unpleasant. However, the colour did last a reasonable long time. For an organic product this is a reasonable price, if you like the product. I really did not like the lipstick, I found it drying, unpleasant and old fashioned. The colour was pleasant, but I would expect more from a
lipstick. A nice idea of an organic lipstick, a pleasant shade and colour that lasted. However I found the product drying with an unpleasant smell/taste that reminded me of old fashioned products (like my grandmother would wear). I would not buy this again. Lynsey Brooker
