Small amount in tiny box. Wasn’t sure what I was expecting. Looked appealing from the box. Looked very professional and of a high standard. Did not look a “cheap” product. Easy to follow. Simple instructions. Easy to apply. Spreads well. Small amount goes a long way. Took slightly longer than I was expecting first time but all absorbed well and after first use I knew what to expect. My baby feeds very regularly often leaving me with sore cracked nipples. I found this balm. Eased the soreness and helped with the dryness. I applied this after every feed. Really helped ease pain and soreness helping with feeding. Within a full day of using the balm I noticed a difference which only got better the more it was used. I never used this for massaging into the perineum to promote healing. however if I had this during that time I would have certainly tried. The smell was lovely, soothing feeling once applied and quick to work. Worth the retail price and I’d recommend it to friends for its fast acting relief. Looks a very expensive product without the price tag. Lovely design and smells lovely but not too strong. Good value as premium product without the high price tag. I will definitely be buying this once I’ve used it all. Really impressed by the product. I would certainly recommend. I’ve showed friends with babies of a similar age. They will be buying it. Seemed like a very small pot which wouldn’t last very long but the balm inside felt like a nice texture. Tub design is simple, not fussy and says what it is clearly. Instructions easy to understand and very clear. This was very easy to apply, nice feeling/texture. Once applied this absorbed well. didn’t get cracked or sore nipples whilst using. I would apply this a few times a day. I noticed improvement within a couple of days after applying this. I really liked the feel/texture and not too smelly/perfumey. I think this is lovely quality. a lot for me to spend but it does go a long way so perhaps a smaller-cheaper tub would be possible too? I like this product but too expensive for me. I would recommend as great feel and it works. Lovely silky smooth balm which doesn’t have an overpowering smell and actually works. the balm was well packaged, the outer box design was nice and made the product look expensive although it seemed small and i wondered how long a pot would last. a small tub mainly white in colour with a completely separate top is not a particularly great idea when you consider the product market and purpose. A small white tub could be very difficult to find in the bottom of a changing bag stuffed with new baby essentials and inevitably a mum trying to use the product will be doing it one handed at least some of the time and so a separate screw lid is not going to be very use friendly. I did not see any instructions on the pot or box although it is fairly self-explanatory. it was easy to apply and a little goes a long way especially when its melting into your fingers, the product did seem a little ‘grainy’. The product absorbed well. i have not had cracked nipples or soreness at any time when breastfeeding (this is my 3rd time) so i am unable to comment on its effectiveness. I would apply this twice a day. I liked the fact this is a thin light balm. the product seems to be good quality and is labelled as organic. the product initially seemed quite expensive for the quantity but a little certainly goes a long way. I do not think I would buy this as I have not suffered with cracked nipples. I would recommend but not 100% sure how effective it is. a nice balm but not something that would be a must have for me.
