This looks professional and good quality, with unisex
colours. The packaging looks professional and upmarket, indicating a quality
product. It is in unisex colours so appropriate for boys and girls. The
instructions are brief, but accompanied by an image which helps to explain the
positioning of the safety guard, which is to be used when the child uses the
knife. The product looks very good quality and the chunky wooden handles give
them a grown up feel, so that the child can imagine that they are cooking like
mum and dad. The use of wood is refreshing as quite a lot of children’s
products use a lot of plastic. The product is quite expensive, but could be
justified by the quality of the product. I would consider buying this and
recommending it to others. I was initially a little concerned about giving a
knife to my four year old. However, the finger guard is a good way to teach
children safe positioning of fingers when cutting food. Both the knife and the
vegetable peeler have wooden rings which they can use to grip the handles
correctly. My daughter really enjoyed using the knife and peeler to help me
make dinner. So far we have used the set to slice ingredients to put on the top
of a pizza, peel vegetables for a stew and prepare salad. The set is very
professional-looking and the red colour would appeal to both boys and girls.
Both the knife and peeler are fairly sharp so children need to be supervised at

This is a well-made, good quality product. It was nicely
presented in a box and you could see the quality product inside. The
instructions were simple and easy to understand. The quality is very good; has
been washed and used several times and still looks brand-new. This product is
brilliant and now I’ve used it I would definitely pay this much. If I however
had never used it and saw it in the shop I would properly have thought it was
too expensive. We love this product now. I’ve told my sister all about this she
also enjoys cooking with her children. I’ve tested it on my Nephew and it was
huge hit with him. The only reason this didn’t get a 5 is I felt the product is
a little expensive. This is now a firm family favourite! My daughter loves
helping to chop and peeling food ready for tea. I love the knife guard makes me
a lot less worried about letting my child use a knife. It’s sharp enough to
actually chop fruit and vegetable. The peeler with finger hole is brilliant and
my daughter often does all of the carrots for lunch. We love this product and
I’m happy my daughter gets to help prepare some of her own food. Samantha

This looked fantastic; exactly what my son needs to learn to
cut things. The packaging was brilliant; you can see what’s inside without
opening. The instructions were easy to follow. I can’t fault the quality at all.
I would buy this product but not sure about price maybe a bit much and would
put people off. I would recommend it everyone. It’s an excellent product; has
