It looked good quality and a premium product. The teabags had a pleasant aroma. The packaging was very good and sturdy. It was compact and easy to store in the cupboard. I liked that it could be recycled afterwards. I liked the actual teabags too and that they weren’t made from plastic. Instructions were easy to follow and useful. I left the teabag in for 5 minutes and I got a lovely colour with that. My son did not enjoy the taste of this tea unfortunately. I added some honey the second time as well, but he did not find the taste very agreeable. We did try it warm and cold but still the same result. I found the tea tasty and ended up drinking them myself! I did offer my son each time but he did not like the taste. It was important to be this tea has been specially crafted for kids. I felt more assured about giving it to him. I did not know that you could reuse the tea bag. I think it would be a good idea to have it on the packaging. If I had known then I probably would have done that. I always look for natural products and try to buy organic when I can. I felt it was different to other fruit teas and the taste was richer. It is important to me ingredients ethically sourced and clearly shown on packaging. It impressed me that this tea is blended in the UK and gave me a better view of the company. The Soil Association logo is not something I look for actively but I do note it down when I see a product with it. The tea smells glorious and of premium quality. The taste also reflects this. If the teabags can be brewed more than once then it is a fair price for a high quality product. I liked the taste of the tea because it was refreshing, sweet, and rich in flavour. I would purchase because I enjoyed the taste even though my son didn’t. It is something different and it is all natural. I would recommend because it is packaged well, tasty, suitable for the whole family and organic. I loved everything about the product, especially the taste and the actual muslin teabags. It was a high quality premium product. It was a shame that my son did not like the taste, but I would be happy to try other flavours in the range. The packaging was very good and was in keeping with the ethical and organic stance of the brand. I think the tea was maybe slightly bitter for my son but was perfectly fine for me. I liked everything about the tea and enjoyed drinking it myself. The information on the packaging was clear and useful. Iram Ramzan – Musa 19 Months

The product looked classy, well-made and expensive. Instructions clear and precise. This tea was very easy to brew.My child did not enjoy the taste of this tea. The tea bags brewed very well but there is a distinct taste and my child commented that she didn’t want to have medicine. I think this type of product is for an acquired taste and my daughter didn’t really like the taste hot or cold. My daughter didn’t like the taste, I however had a try but the taste reminded me of hot lemsip. It is important to me this tea is specially crafted for kids and does not contain any flavourings or additives. This is the thing that attracted me to trying this tea. To promote you can reuse the tea bag would be a great selling point as with normal tea you use the bag once then put it in the compost, if you are able to reuse the bags that would defiantly be a great selling point. I am a fan of Organic products but find that they are still very expensive and this is what I believe puts people of buying them. This definitely is a high quality premium tea. It was clear from the packaging ethically sourced and also a great selling point. It’s good to know that the tea is produced in the UK as this ensures the freshest ingredients. The Soil Association logo is important to us. Unfortunately my daughter did not like the taste so for us it does not represent good value. The packaging was put together very well and gave the product and expensive and luxury look. I would not purchase this purely due to the fact my daughter did not like the taste and I was not too keen either. I would recommend. I had many friends enquiring about the tea bags and they would like to try them with their children. I gave this product 3 out of 5, this was due to the taste not being our thing but the packaging and what the company are trying to do with organic products for kids made my score higher. The taste was the one thing that put us off but I’m sure there are plenty of people who will like the taste and be buying the tea bags in the future. Wayne Clarke – Daughter

This looked nicely packaged. I liked the recycled look of the packaging. The label colours were fun. Instructions basic but as required. Tea was very easy to brew. Unfortunately my kids were not keen on the taste of the tea. Both my children tried this hot and cold and didn’t like it. I don’t like fruit tea;however my husband does and enjoyed this tea. It is not important to me this is specially crafted for kids as I don’t think tea is particularly something that kids are interested in. I didn’t know you could reuse tea bag, but I wouldn’t want to use more than once. I wouldn’t know where to store the tea bag. It is not particularly important I use Organic products. The teabag seemed good quality however I don’t have an expectation of this type of tea. Not particularly clearly communicated this is ethically sourced but not particularly important to us. I did not notice blended in the UK but not particularly important to me. I don’t tend to buy organic so Soil Association logo not particularly important to me. Obviously nice ingredients, the bag was good quality, string could have been a bit longer to make easier to brew. I would not spend £6.49 on 20 tea bags when the taste is not that different to Twining’s blends at £1.70 for 30 bags. Although the organic natural and quality is obviously better, this is not something of concern for me and therefore does not make this value for money. I personally would not purchase as children did not like this tea. Not a product that my children liked and too expensive for a regular drink. Laura Pearce – Taylor & Evalie – 4 & 2 Years
