Packaging looks professional and the wipes smelled nice when opened. Packaging looked professional and represented the product well.  Pack size is consistent with other products. Package was very easy to open and kept the wipes moist throughout. Very easy to use these wipes. Wipes showed no signs of irritation on my son’s skin. Wipes were stronger than other wipes on the market. Wipes were very effective for nappy changes, sometimes too wet and needed to dry after use. Only used wipes for nappy changes. Used these for every nappy change until they ran out. Mainly used these at home. It is important to me that disposable products I use are biodegradable. Product is high quality and the wipes are very strong. Product is more expensive than others on the market, but is of a higher quality and made from natural ingredients. I like that the product is made from natural ingredients. I would buy these. I prefer this product as it is environmentally friendly compared to the majority of products which are not. I would recommend but only to people who I think would care about the product being environmentally friendly as I don’t think others would pay the price. I liked this product. Stands above other products because it is eco-friendly when most others are not. Benjamin Jordan – William 5 Months

Looked good, big pack.  Liked the look and design of the pack and would buy as presented well. Good pack size about what I would expect. Pack is easy to open and shut.  They were hard to get out you could get one you got a whole bunch. They were lovely on my sons skin very gentle kept his skin soft. They were great for cleaning poo and food of him very strong and useable.  They were very effective for nappy changes.  I also used these on his face and hands after eating food. I would use these 3 or 4 times a day. Mainly used these at home. I am not too worried about being natural or organic I just like products that work. The quality was very good strong and useable. I think they are a little expensive compared to other products on the market.  I loved how easy they made it to clean my little ones bottom. I would not buy these regularly as too expensive. I would recommend because they were very good but would also warn them of the cost. Excellent product strong easy to use and gentle but expensive. I had a very positive experience with the product it was great for cleaning dirty bottoms and I had to use less wipes than usual and great on faces and hands, downside you couldn’t just get one out they came out in clumps and they are expensive but I did really like them! Alexandra Carter – Loki 1 year

I thought that the packet looked slightly amateur, the pictures didn’t look sharp and design wasn’t as professional as would be expected. The colours and imagery did convey the impression of a natural product at least. It’s great that they are a natural product and, therefore, aiming to be eco-friendly but the first thing you see is a plastic packet. Pretty average pack size, competitors supply 64 often so I am happy with the quantity included. The pack is easy to open and maintained its security for about half the time the pack was open, after which it didn’t really stay secure, though the wipes did remain fairly moist past that point. But it would be good if it remained secure throughout the whole use. They were fairly easy to use. We have used other brands that are thicker and therefore easier to manipulate and wipe up larger quantities of faeces with one wipe. However, these ones were not as thin as some others we have used and had a reasonable grip in comparison to thinner products on the market. The wipes were sensitive on the baby’s skin and caused no problems to my child. I was surprised, however, by the smell. It came across as fairly chemical, even though it is natural. Whilst it didn’t cause a problem for Eowyn I know that scents can cause reactions for children. I don’t think the product needed to be scented and it was off-putting to have that chemical smell to something that was actually sensitive.  The wipes covered most average wee’s and pooh’s, however, you did need a reasonable quantity for dealing with a poonami. Some of the brands that we have used with slightly thicker wipes are able to deal with these much more efficiently and with less smearing around and mess.   Whenever we did nappy changes downstairs so on average 3-4 times a day until they were gone. Used these for changes at home, and only for actual nappy changes. It is great to not have to use synthetic and, therefore, polluting products and to not have harsh chemicals being used on our daughter. In general the quality of the wipes is fine, they could be thicker and more pooh friendly.  In comparison to other products they are no better than most supermarket brands. Other larger brands that offer 99% water wipes have thicker and more durable wipes, that whilst costly do not come close to this single packet price and yet offer better general value for money, particularly in multi-packs. I recognise that organic materials are often more expensive but these are at least £2.99 dearer than a thicker, more user-friendly non-organic alternative. Whilst the organic material is good and something I value it is unsustainable to pay such a high price when you are using so many wipes on a daily basis. To think about paying nearly £25 per week on wipes is just untenable for most parents.  The fact that it is organic material and they were relatively effective wipes. I personally would not buy these. Using the wipes was a good experience and they were sensitive on my daughter’s skin and did the job of nappy changes relatively well. However, they were let down by the thickness and the use of plastic in the packaging. The idea of an organic product is better advertised if the whole of that product is organic if possible. The cost is a detriment to continual purchasing. Naomi Blackmore – Eowyn 11 Weeks
