Looked a bright,
colourful and fun book. Good quality. Perfect size for young children. They liked the look of the animals and wanted
to find out what happened in the story. Pictures were detailed and colourful.
The children enjoyed looking at all the animals. My daughter loved this book. I
thought it was great that the farmer was a woman as they are often presented as
men. The story is written in rhyming couplets, similar to a nursery rhyme and
this, along with the repetition, gave the story a great rhythm. Learning all
the signs is challenging but fun and a lot of them are easy to learn because
they relate to the look of the animal. I thought this book was great as it’s an
easy way to incorporate sign language in to a story and the story aids their
learning. There are many known benefits to sign language which are also
highlighted in the introduction of the book. Definitely good value. It’s a similar price to other books and you
also have an additional book which isolates the different signs so you can
practise them individually. This way the pictures of the signs in the book act
as an aide memoire rather than a detailed instruction. I would purchase this
book. My daughter likes the signs on Mr
Tumble and this is like that. I would recommend and I am thinking of buying it
as a gift for a friend’s daughter as she also enjoys Mr Tumble. A great, fun
and colourful book to help learn the signs for the different animals. I did
baby signing with my eldest daughter and this would have been great to support
her learning. A fun, colourful book that
the children will want to read again and again to perfect their signs and

A lovely colourful book. The Quality was fantastic. My children loved
the book they wanted to read it straight away as it was about a farm. Fabulous illustrations and with the sign language
the kids enjoyed learning to use them. They
both enjoyed this book and asked to read it every night. It was
a lovely story I like the rhyming of the book to bring the story to life. This did stimulate them as they are both
learning to read this proved a very popular book. I think this book is
fantastic. Great value for money. I will buy this as I’m sure others will enjoy it as
much as we have. Most definitely recommend.
A wonderful, charming book that not only attracts and engages the
children in the story, but using the sign language also brought an extra
element of fun whilst reading and helped my children understand the words in

Looked a
lovely cute book, front cover appealing and was eager to read to my twins. Quality is excellent and this book will
certainly last. Now this book is about a
farm and animals and that always appeals to my two. They wanted to read more. I really liked the concept of incorporating
sign language within the story of the book and my children loved to learn the
signs and really helped them understand the story more. They rhyming aspect is great as fun to repeat
and another way they can learn and remember while having fun. They both really loved this story and were
engrossed. Now one of our regular reads
each week. A very interactive and
stimulating book which my children adored.
Definitely great value. I would
highly recommend. In fact I have many friends about this book and purchased for
my brothers children. This is a great
book, a great story and love the rhyming and sign language. Certainly a hit in our house. Janet Parks –
