The pictures on the front of the box make you want to play the game. The instructions are simple for adults to understand but a little harder for younger ones. Our favourite part of the game was trying to get the penguins to jump over the holes to get to the goal. You can then go to the next level and build up bridges! This product is  suitable for both I played with it and its good fun my son plays with this games hours on end he loves it so does his grandparents so good for all the family. My son loves playing  these games as he has Madagascar on DVD he loved the fact he can make penguins  play the game and enjoy it as well. the quality of the product is great and is well worth the money for the amount of entertainment it provides. The game looks very cool and my son couldn’t wait to get the DS out and play it. The best part of the game are the mini games which you unlock by collecting items within the main levels. The mini games are fun and dangerous! He also really liked the fact each penguin had different abilities and you had to use different ones to solve different levels. The game is appropriate for both, but would appeal to children more than adults. The puzzle solving levels might prove challenging for very young children though. My child very much enjoyed the game and it has become a firm favourite, even though he has never seen the movie on which it is based. The product is very well made and put together and you can replay levels as often as you wish, so holds a child’s interest well. This game is great fun as it’s easy to learn how to play and encourages you to progress through it by unlocking more as you go along. Highly recommended! Morag Peers – Rory 7 Years

Well packaged product with an eye catching design on the front of what the game is. Very solid box – maybe a small cover for the game when not being played might be a nice additional feature instead of carrying a large box around. I know these can be purchased separately but for the price of the game, it would be a nice additional feature. Very easy to follow instructions – will need an adult to explain them to a young child. My son played the game and enjoyed everything about it because he could relate it to the film and talked a lot about the game and what he was doing. It is suitable for both children and adults – my son, my husband and I have all played on the game. Quality is what is expected of a DS game and it always puts a smile on my sons face when he plays this. I would recommend it because I know we have all enjoyed playing the game. Excellent fun for the whole family and fantastic to improve your child’s hand and eye co-ordination and concentration skills. Kirsty Hackers – James 4 Years
