Very neatly packaged and I love that
it comes with a compact discreet carry case. Packaging is feminine and gentle, had
a soft aesthetic and tone and convenience of the extra carry case. I had heard
of this company before. I use a tens machine to help with a long term chronic
pain condition and find it soothes when my medication is not covering the
current pain level. Instructions very clear and easy to understand, I normally
find following instructions quite difficult due to learning difficulties but I
understood this quite easily without much difficulty. I had never used a pelvic floor toner before. I had felt a little nervous about trying it
but the general packaging and simple instructions made me feel better about it.
The design is clean and simple and very useful to have something on the side
table to remind me that it needs to be used; I always forget to do pelvic floor
exercises. This was easy to use and doesn’t cause discomfort as you can choose
your own level of strength. I used this every 2 days. This has helped as I am
finding sneezing less worrisome! I normally have some leakage and problems with
sneezing which means I end up pulling my leg up (not very dignified flamingo!)
I am finding these problems are easing with more use of the PFE. It took about 3 weeks for me to notice
improvement. I used it while husband was at work and kids were asleep while browsing
the internet on my phone. I do feel comfortable taking this with me on my
travels and will be taking it with me on my upcoming family holiday. I have definitely noticed less leakage after
using this for a few weeks. I used the stress incontinence setting as I mainly
have problems with sneezing. I do think pelvic floor toning is important. I had
found having my children has caused some damage and felt a dramatic change
after having the kids, and was worried for the future of it getting worse. Quality is very good. I am generally a very cheap person but I can
see that the benefits of this product would be worth it so yes good value and
worth the investment. I really like the fact I can now sneeze without needing
to actively move a loge to feel more in control. This is a good product to purchase as it offers long term benefits. I would
recommend as much easier than manually doing the exercises too easy to get
distracted and forget to do efficiently manually. Definitely a product worth
using and gives back some dignity that is very well diminished after having
children. I was surprised how easy it was to use, and didn’t find it as uncomfortable
as I had imagined. I am relieved it came with a discreet carry bag so I can
keep it all together and keep wires from tangling and also take away with me
without worry. I had been worried that it contained nickel (I’m allergic) but
found it not to cause issues as only using for bursts of time every couple of

This arrived
very professionally packaged. Box
contained the Perfect PFE, instructions, everything you need and really liked
the purple carry pouch it came with. I have used pelvic floor toners in
the past so was aware of the company.
The instruction booklet is very detailed, but difficult to find
information on what you need as have to cover so much. Could be simpler. However, once I found what I needed easy to
get started. I last used a pelvic floor
toner about 5 years ago. As I knew the process was not nervous about using
this. The design is very good, as it is
easy to use and had no problems at all. I started off using twice a week and then went
down to once a week. This certainly did
help improve the strength of my pelvic floor muscles. My problem was I could
feel my pelvic floor muscles had weakened and when walking the dogs sometimes I
would have small leakage, also found I could not control my bladder as well as
I did years ago. Knew I had to do
something to improve the situation. It
took about 2 weeks to see a major improvement, but this certainly worked a
treat for me. Now I can sneeze, control
my bladder and walk the dogs without worrying about any issues. By supplying with a carry bag this makes this
very discreet to use. I would use in the
morning while getting ready as you can walk about getting other things done as
this only runs for 20 minutes. Never
found any problems using this. Once
finished it was easy to clean, pop back in carry bag and ready for when next
required. I would certainly take this
with me when travelling as the carry bag looks like a cosmetic bag. I am very conscious of how important it is to
ensure your pelvic muscles are toned and strong. I first noticed issues when I had my children
and then as you get older you notice these muscles do weaken. It is so important to all women to ensure
they keep up with pelvic floor exercises.
However, doing them manually is not great; you get fed up and give
up. This little item is a godsend. Does it all for you while you walk around, or
sitting down having a morning cuppa. Now
I have my trusty machine and will continue to use it as and when needed. A life saver for sure. The cost is high but when you look at how
well it works and how it helps you in everyday life worth every penny. I have also recommended to my daughter who
has just had her second child and also to some of my friends who will not go to
the gym due to leakage. They were
surprised how well this is made and how easy it is to use, so am sure they will
be investing in one soon. In my opinion
this is one gadget All Women should have.

Looks good
quality & well packaged. Packaging looked very professional. I’d
heard of Tens Machines before. I had to re-read a couple of times to make
sure I fully understood the instructions.
I had not used a pelvic floor toner before. I was a little nervous as I had no idea what to expect. Good design & useful for women with bladder problems. Once I understood what programmes I should
use it was simple to operate. In
reality I would probably only remember to use it every month or so, I’m usually
so busy so would not be top of my priority list. I don’t really have problems with my pelvic floor muscles but it does
improve them. It’s relatively
discreet but I wouldn’t feel comfortable using it when anyone else was around.
I really liked the bag you keep it in,
it’s not obvious what you are taking or have in the room, however it is not
something I would take on holiday with me. I have not really noticed any
improvement, but I am sure it does
strengthen the muscles; in future if I start to have issues then I would
definitely try it again to see if it helps. I used the Tone aftercare improvement; I don’t have any
incontinence issues. Pelvic floor exercises probably should be important, but at the moment I am usually busy most
of the time so wouldn’t fit it in regularly. In the future however it might be
something I need to think about more.
Very high quality product. I
think this is quite a lot of money to spend however if you have problems with
incontinence then I guess you would be happy to pay it.This was comfortable to insert and use, easy to clean.
Great storage pouch which also holds the instruction book. I would recommend if they told me they were having problems but it is not something I would
bring up in conversation. A bit
pricey but overall a well-made product. Comfortable to use once I had made sense of the instructions then was
easy to use after that. Simple to clean & great storage pouch. Gillian
