The Letter and extras arrived quickly. The letter was nicely designed and printed in colour. The letters came addressed to me with Elyse’s own envelope inside. Ordering online was very easy, with lots of customisable options. The paper was a little thin, so the coloured ink was showing through the paper, and it felt a little like I could have printed it at home, Elyse didn’t mind though and that is only a minor criticism. The artwork is great. A very reasonable price for a Santa letter and extras. I will buy the letter again, probably not the play sheets or Good Girl certificate, but that’s probably age related. , Elyse’s eyes really lit up when we read the letter. I especially like the addition of adding a friends’ name, which really went down well. The letter arrived quickly in a double envelope. Elyse enjoyed opening the Santa letter, her little eyes lit up when she saw the brightly coloured background her letter was printed on. While reading the letter, she picked up on all of the customisable details we had added, looking in amazement that her best friend had been mentioned. She
isn’t really old enough for the play sheets or Good Girl certificate yet, but I can see how this would be great for older children. The only alteration I would make would be to print it on thicker paper, but this wouldn’t have added to Elyse’s enjoyment. This Santa Letter is well worth the money. Was very good, envelop had a North Pole stamp mark made it very believable. Both I and my son had great fun reading the letter was fantastic product. Was very easy to order online. I liked that you got to pick the wording of what was to be written. Quality was good, writing was clear too. The price was very cheap for what you received. My son loved this I would defiantly buy this product again next
year. I really loved this and would highly recommend to friends and family. Delivery was fast, very god value for money; my son really believed it was from Santa with the nice North Pole stamp, was a lovely touch being addressed to my son to. My son was also happy to receive a good behaviour certificate. Sara Airoud – Benjamin 4 Years

It was better than expected considering the price. I liked the envelope with the North Pole stamp. It was relatively simple
to navigate and order online. It was good quality for the price. It is good value for a personalised Santa letter. I would not buy it because I could make something like that myself and it needs that additional personal touch. The design and idea is too simple. It is not something I would recommend to other people. I like the idea of the Personalised letter from Santa but because everything was computerised, it was missing that special personal touch that much needed magic. There are so many similar personalised Christmas gifts on the
market as well; I think this product will struggle to compete. However, this is definitely the cheap and cheerful option and the children would be happy with it. Marcia Yarborough – Zoe 4 Years

The option of personalising and choosing the format of the letter was very appealing. For what we received the packaging was ok, it gave my child the belief they were receiving mail. The website was very easy to navigate and the options were very easy to choose. For the price of the pack we received I believe the product was a decent quality. If the product was more expensive however I would have been a little bit disappointed. I believe the product was priced well for what we received. You very much get what you pay for. I would select something of better quality in the future. I was quite pleased with the ease of ordering the product and found the website incredibly easy to navigate. The prices were very low however this is reflected in the quality of the product. These items are meant to be kept as keepsakes and this isn’t something I’ll be putting in our memory box. The quality of the paper and even the printing was low the whole pack felt like the ‘budget’ choice. Emma Gray – Scarlett 2 Years

Quite cheap looking, faded colours on paper. Liked that it was addressed to my son. Colourful envelope would have been nice, or some decoration. Very easy to order online, quick and simple. Printed on normal paper, very thin, faded colours, nice wording but quality let it down. Looks very cheap, and easy to copy at home. Cheap price for a cheap product, you get what you pay for. Very cheap looking, printed on thin paper, faded colours, wording was nice but received similar products cheaper with much better quality, thicker
paper/card needed, possibly even laminated, colours would all run and rip if paper got wet. More decoration on envelope
would be good to personalise further. Lucy Dewitt-Thomas – Jaxon 3 Years

As it was address to me, I wasn’t sure what it was at first but then realised it was the letter from Santa. I thought it looked ok but wasn’t terribly impressed but was looking forward to giving it to my daughter. I really liked the Post Stamp from the North Pole. The envelope was cute as it had a postal stamp from the North Pole but it was quite plain. I found it quite confusing and spent a
lot of time doing it (even had to re-order). Payment was easy. I was kept up to date of the order status but it did take a long time to receive (in fact, the order had to be resent as I never received it). I was expecting more, it looked as though it was printed on a home computer which I could have done. The letter was also tri-folded which I thought would have been nicer kept unfolded so parents could keep it nice as a keepsake. I ended up laminating the ‘Santa Stop Here’ sign so it could be reused but it did have the fold lines on it which didn’t look nice. It might have been nicer to also print on thicker/heavy weight paper. The text itself was cute but was too lengthy
for my 3 year old. Apart from the stamp from the North Pole, it could have been done at home. Overall, I felt it was a low quality product that I could have done on my home computer. Elizabeth Spicer – Emilia 3 Years
