Wonderful personalised item. Came in a jiffy bag with extra bubble wrap to keep it safe. No instructions needed wooded plaque with string to hang. I like items which can be personalised and this one is different from a lot I have seen recently. Very easy to order online no problem at all, spaces to write names whilst ordering and ability to check before finalising purchase. Like the fact that it is
wooden. Very well made, children loving seeing their names on the tree leaves. I like wooden items, feels natural. Also personalisation very well done. Quality good and company offer a good service. Similar personalised items are around the same price or slightly higher priced so this is good value for money. It is hung on the wall at the bottom of the stairs where it can be seen daily by anyone coming down. I would consider buying one as a gift. Friends who have seen it have complimented it and I have passed on details. Very pleased with the product. Easy to order and emails sent at time of ordering and when sent so I could track my item if I wanted to. Packaged well, looks really good on the wall, catching visitors eye as they see it and my youngest son especially likes me to pick him up so he can trace over his name with his finger! When this first arrived it was bigger than I expected. Well packaged and took quite a while to open. Only instructions were when putting in the names on the website which were self-explanatory. This is the sort of item I would look to purchase for a keepsake. Very easy to order online and self-explanatory. Well-made and thought out. Bit plain looking in the wood. Would be lovely painted. The ease of use
ordering online and the service on offer from this company is very good. Definitely good value. This now has pride of place on my fireplace. I would buy this product and certainly recommend. Easy to order, looks lovely, but would be nicer if given the option of painted, varnished etc. Quick delivery and well packaged. Jacqueline Southam

I think it’s a really nice tree plaque. Not perhaps something I would normally choose but I was pleasantly surprised. It’s very cute.
Arrived suitably packaged. The team were very clear in their instructions how to design the plaque, and very helpful when I made an error. I perhaps would not have previously chosen something like this. But it is nice and I think will make an excellent gift. This was easy enough to order online and team helpful. I do think perhaps the wood feels a little flimsy. I think it’s rather lovely. Not exactly to my personal taste but will be a nice gift. The tree design is very nice and a good number of names on it. The service on offer from this company was good, very helpful and prompt. This is good value. I am actually giving this as a gift to my mum. I would consider buying this as a gift and I would recommend. They were a very nice company to deal with and the tree is nice, I would consider ordering other
