The item was very well packaged in a box that Lucy got to open herself and her whole face lit up with excitement when she saw what it was. Lucy loved the fact it came in its own carry case meaning she could take it anywhere. I had never really heard of it before this product review and I have to say the concept is great. There is less mess but yet so much enjoyable fun to be had and you can keep using it over and over again. This product was very self-explanatory so doesn’t really need any instructions but very easy to follow. The playfoam was very easy to use to make various different creations. Lucy loved moulding them together and mixing the beautiful bright colours to create some masterpieces and it’s good it has lots of different colours as well as it makes creating things more versatile. Lucy sat down on the rug as soon as she opened it and I have not seen her sit so still while making lots of lovely different things. The playfoam also got used to play in the garden, in the car and seemed to offer a great calm and relaxed activity that held Lucy’s concentration for long periods of time. We had various different things made from rainbows to Peppa pig to just yesterday using the amazing carry case with segments to make lots of different types of pie using the different colours which showed great imagination. I love the fact even the carry case has different purposes like a pretend lunch box. This is great for motor skills having to piece bits together and use their hands to squeeze and mould the foam it is also great hand eye co-ordination as well. Lucy has played with the playfoam many of times since we received the product and definitely seems to be a great go to for her. I think this will continue to be a favourite for a while especially as she has hit a real big love for anything crafty and this ticks all the boxes for that. This is the first product in a while that has held the concentration level for more than a few minutes. I think as the product is so easy to keep making different things it keeps them entertained longer as they can make up great imaginative games with it and create what they need. It makes the product long lasting which is such a great feature as with other things like the magic sand it seems to need replacing quickly whereas this doesn’t. The only thing we found was when you mix the colours it is hard to separate them again so it becomes a bit of a mess but that doesn’t stop the fun from this product as it is minimal. When we first opened the product the first thing Lucy said was mummy it is really sticky on my hands and I thought uh oh what are we getting ourselves into here but actually it really isn’t like that at all it does feel sticky but it doesn’t really stick to anything other than itself. Lucy always used it either in the carry case or in a tray which is probably a good thing as little bits do seem to fall off and not stick back together as easily which could make a bit of mess but is really easy to clean up. I think the fact it has so many colours has made the product what it is as they use the imagination more like creating rainbows and putting different things together to create scenes. The box is amazing it means they can tidy things back away neatly and can be stored anywhere and its great as it can be taken out in the car, garden, to friends’ houses I also love the fact it can become part of the play as well. I would definitely take this away with us and we are planning to for our break away in a few week’s time. It’s easy to transport and store and will be great to keep Lucy occupied on the journey as well as where we are staying. I will definitely be bringing a tray though to catch the messy bits that drop out that have become un sticky. I think she loved the colour selection and the fact that she can make so many different things with it and then take it apart and start all over again. I think she also likes the fact she can take it anywhere including sharing with friends. The quality is great I think they only thing is as it becomes less sticky it does break up into small little bits that tend to fall down which isn’t a problem as it is easily cleaned up and I would still recommend this to everyone. I would definitely say this product is good value for money Lucy has been playing with it constantly since it arrived and it is still in great condition some of the colours have mixed together a little but that is no issue and the box it comes in is fabulous. I would buy this product and already keeping this as a go to for when my little one goes to birthday parties as presents for others as it is a great product. I would recommend this product to friends and family as this product is great and provides lots of fun for the little one and doesn’t make much mess at all which as a parent is a massive win plus the price is great as well. This product is great and provides lots of entertainment for the little one and I would say other parents are going to really enjoy this product to. This product provides hours of fun that is virtually mess free while also providing sensory and concentration opportunities to the little one, The colours are so bright and inviting meaning it seems to draw the attention of them. Lucy had so much fun with this and to think I had never heard of it before. Lucy seemed to have lots of concentration as well as creating so many wonderful different master pieces and then enjoy separating them all ready to start over again. Jack was very excited when he opened the parcel the product looked bright and colourful. The idea is fantastic messy play without the mess. The instructions where straightforward and easy to follow. The playfoam was super easy to squash and mould. Jack loved creating his own characters with the foam.  This foam did enhance creativity and was very relaxing. Jack created hundreds of figures and shapes. Jack loved creating characters, buildings and vehicles. This definitely promotes tactile awareness and helps with fine motor skills.  With it being the school holidays and being home a lot Jack has played with the foam daily since it arrived. It really did keep Jack entertained and his older sisters loved getting involved to. The fact this does not dry out is a  fantastic idea as I’m sure lots of parents can relate that sometimes toys get left out overnight and the Jack would be devastated if we had to bin the foam due to this.  100% having this foam which does not stick to hair, clothes carpets etc is a major asset.  We have had a similar product in the past that has stuck to everything it touches which had resulted in the being out in the bin. This is definitely a calming and relaxing product. The box was perfect for storing the foam away after being played with. The design was perfect for taking the foam out and about. Jack is very artistic and loves playing and creating things so this product was perfect as it was so easy to mould into any his imagination wanted. The quality was fantastic. I would say it was a little more than I would normally pay but the quality on this product warrants the price. I would buy this for the hours of fun that is has brought to Jack.  I would recommend as it is the perfect non messy fun product to keep children happy and entertained. I have only dropped a mark due to the  shapes in the carry case. It is near impossible to remove the foam from the shapes whilst still on the desired shape. This product is fantastic.  It lets children use their imagination to create anything they want with its easy mouldable. Laura Rigby – Jack 4 Years

This arrived in a nice compact box. It sounded like a dream. No mess. No drying  out. Instructions very easy to follow. My daughter did not find it easy to mould the foam into desired shapes and found it a bit frustrating. She found it fun to play with but so difficult to mould. We made a few of the shapes and models but it was not as easy as it is made out to be. This did promote tactile awareness as it was good to feel and squish and quite calming. My daughter did play with this every day. It certainly did keep her entertained. The fact it does not dry out is a great bonus.  There were times the foam was left out overnight and it did not dry out and could easily be used again the next day. Such a good bonus that this does not stick to hands, hair, clothes carets etc. My daughter did find this calming and creative but just found it a bit difficult to mould. We loved the box as it was really handy and easy to store away. Definitely ideal to take on your holiday.  My daughter loved the colours and the whole box concept. This is good quality.  It never dried out and it can be packed away.  Definitely good value. I personally would not buy this only because my daughter found it difficult to mould.
